Our stay at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, although brief, was truly memorable. Despite arriving around 9 PM and encountering a busy lobby filled with tourists from China, India and the Middle East, we were warmly greeted by Liana Aladdin at the front desk. Her pleasant smile and efficient service ensured our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptional, exuding luxury and comfort, making our short stay feel like an indulgent retreat. One of the highlights of our visit was the morning buffet. Our 2-year-old, who usually isn't a morning person, was captivated by the friendly and entertaining staff. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness created an enjoyable dining experience that is rarely seen in other hotels. Chef Karthik stood out at his station, skillfully preparing omelets while engaging with guests and addressing their questions with ease. The waitstaff were equally impressive, promptly clearing and resetting tables with a level of professionalism that reflects well on the hotel's food and beverage management. The hotel's ambiance, with its beautiful arches and marble details, combined with the heartwarming hospitality of the staff, made every moment of our stay delightful. We loved every part of the atmosphere at Shearton Imperial Kuala Lumpur and look forward to our next visit.

Strefa spa wymaga renowacji . Co prawda basen bardzo przyjemny ale pozostałe elementy sauny i zimnych wanien nie wyglądały za dobrze.

The service was excellent by their staff. I had an early check in. My room wasn’t available when I reached there. They have offered me a seperate room to stay until my room was ready. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of varieties. The location is amazing with both taxi stand and MRT in spitting distance.

The room size was enormous. There were usb sockets on each side of the bed, alongside plug sockets. You could manage your lights from each side of the bed, which is great. The view outside the window is really awesome. They stored our bag over the new year while we headed to Borneo. The gym was very well equipped and seemed to be well managed. The swimming pool was nice too. The bed was unbelievably comfortable too

We were here for Christmas day and it was very busy. There was mould in both the bathroom and the main bedroom. The room was clearly dated and needed some modernisation. The shower was too weak but the showerhead in the bath was too powerful (seriously, it was too much!) The check in time was incredibly slow too. Honestly I just expected more for the Sheraton.

La habitación estaba muy bien equipada. Los servicios eran buenos, aunque la piscina estaba un poco descuidada. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones, incluso para intolerancias como pan sin gluten.

No me gustó la atención y el servicio de los empleados de recepción. No escuchaban y había que preguntarles más de una vez para cualquier solicitud.

The room.

The staff and their transparency. We booked two rooms for 3 days and 2 nights but when checking in it seems The staff checked in one of the rooms for 3d2n and the other room for 2d1n and when collected the payment for the entire order. But when we were about to check out they said we have pending payment and was said the other room is now being charged and we were shocked. When asked why we were not alerted when the other room was due for check out n how come they allowed the other room occupants for breakfast which is included in the price then they were dumbfounded. Kept saying it was the staff issue and insisted us on paying the extra amount of 700 without any discount since it was not our fault. But instead they only said they will investigate and report back to us which I found unbelievable even though they report back to us which could not been transparent. Seriously disappointed with a highly respected hotel chain company. Hope they will not do this kind of blunder in the future. Will not be going to there for stay again.

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement, la propreté, le silence, la piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, personnel très serviable et souriant.

Nettoyage de la chambre trop tardive et ce malgré l'avoir indiqué via l'interrupteur depuis 8h du matin (nettoyage fait à 16h). La vérification du niveau des savons dans la douche pas optimale. Pas de savons dans la baignoire uniquement dans la douche.

The room is big and comes with a 2 seater couch. The view overlooked the city. Very convenient as there is a monorail station right outside the hotel. It took about a 1-minute walk to reach the hotel. The service staff in Essence dinning were great!

The bed was quite worn out as there were 'dents' after sleeping in for a while that area had been slept in frequently. The chambermaid did a sloppy job of cleaning the room, there was a towel in the bathtub and he/she did not clear that. The refuse bin in the toilet also had trash that did not clear all of them. This is quite upsetting especially since I left a tip to appreciate he/her hard work. To make it worse, the bedsheet and pillowcases were stained! The pantry (complimentary coffee and tea) was very sad-looking. They replaced tea spoons with stirring sticks, no saucers and the cups for hot beverages were stained too. I thought Sheraton is a 5-star hotel, but the things provided in the room were lesser than 4-star.

Room, breakfast, facilities, cleanliness were all excellent. Location is satisfactory with the Quill Mall located just opposite the entrance (but one has to take a rather indirect walk to cross the road safely) and a monorail station less than 100m from the hotel entrance. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful.

The check-in process took too long. I was number two in the queue on arrival (with two occupied counters) but had to wait over 15 minutes until I got to the counter. Only two counters were opened and I couldn't understand why the checking in of the guests before me took so long. The guest waiting before (number one in the queue) me was obviously also dissatisfied with the waiting time as he turned to me, shrugged and put on a bitter smile. It was over 25 minutes from my arrival when I received my room key card -- not very nice after a long day's work and travel. I was expecting a much more efficient check-in process for a hotel like this (perhaps this was a peculiar incident of that day?). To be fair though (fortunately), the check-in staff finally attending to me was a pleasant and polite man.

None of the staff is friendly enough. You don't feel yourself welcome there. There is always a line queue to check in to hotel. When I arrived around 6pm, the room still was not ready and it took about 30mins to get the room key. Asked for simple birthday decoration and it is just simply a disappointment. They even forgot to do it and only make the deco when I arrived. Not the experience I was expected for high class hotel

There weren't enough options for vegetarians at the breakfast buffet. Room service was not the best: - the soup I ordered was cold - the coffee I ordered didn't come with cookies (all other hotels I've stayed at offers this - a small thing but goes a long way) - Whenever I called room service they took a long time to answer the phone

The hotel is located at a very convinient location which helps you reach any destination in 10 to 15 mints. The staff is good and well behaved. It has 24 hours room service but limited dishes.
