Welcoming After Midnight Check In: Upon check in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Night Duty Manager, Mr Amirul who had anticipated my arrival and as any other 5 star establishment, he was well prepared. He called me by my name and it felt welcoming, after a long flight from Singapore which was delayed, I felt well taken care of, as he had checked me in on a higher floor as requested days prior, and assigned me to a quiet unit above 30th-50th floor up (C-46). The concierge male staff had my luggages all well placed onto the trolley and we headed to the unit. He was friendly as every The Face Suites personnel and staffs. Picture Perfect: Upon entry into my suite, I was stunned in amazement, the interior and high level of hygiene and cleanliness that was put into focus by the hotel management, was superb. My unit was booked directly with The Face therefore it was exactly as pictured. Flawless cleaning and furniture arrangements, no markings or damages found compared to units booked with a third party as reviewed by other guests. At first I was skeptical but I can confirm to future guests, if you look forward to kind, warm, engaging hospitality by The Face mgmt, if you do value quality and great service, high level of cleanliness, consider booking with the hotel directly like I did. You may have to pay a bit more, but it is worth it. Complementary Room Upgrade: The next day, I had extended my booking for several more days, I called reception and spoke to Guest Relations Manager Mr. Shafiq who was also hospitable and friendly, as I was still tired from my flight the night prior, I asked to be given a bit more time to come down at reception and settle the remaining payment, and I was given a couple of hours after 12pm which had given me the opportunity to rest a bit longer in the afternoon. At 1pm I was given a good news to my surprise, I was upgraded to 2 Bedroom Superior Suite from 1 Bedroom Suite I had booked!

I left a expensive pair of cordless earphones and when my taxi phoned them up to retrieve them they said they were not there so obviously stolen 😒 then tried calling me a liar so obviously house keeping are not trusted... never again will I book there or recommend 😡 even tho u repaired there washing machine...

We went to experience the infinity pool with views of the twin towers. In the overview section of the notes for the hotel says: Deep Blue Bar with view of Petronas Twin Towers & infinity pool on the sky deck with stunning view of Petronas Twin Towers. This is incorrect. There is a new bldg that blocks these views. That is not cool. The new bldg has been open for 3 years but they can't change their website. The room felt like an abandoned apartment, not furnished well at all.

Love the space and cleanliness, the location is very strategic and convenient as well. The parking is safe and easily accessible. Love the vibe of this place, been here four times already.

The pool is crowded but it's no one's fault, I just don't like crowded places but it was a school holiday and on a weekend so, of course, there will be many people.

The breakfast was good enough. There are some other options for whom prefer to eat fruits and bread in the breakfast.

The Hotel was a little bit crowded due to the concept of the hotel.
