Club/ lounge access the food need to improve, not nice! Service and ambience is good, beverages is good. Just food needs to improve.

一楼早餐品种丰富，味道也没的说，俱乐部早餐受面积所限，品种不算很丰富，但也非常精致。酒店地理位置很好，距离KLCC并不远，距离地铁也是非常近。酒店每一位员工都非常亲切！给房位于28楼，紧邻电梯，白天在酒店时间短，晚上电梯的运行声音尤为明显，一开始或多或少影响睡眠，后来习惯了也就无所谓了，但今后会增加不临近电梯的选择。酒店的下午茶和晚餐时段的酒廊，出品都很好，就得选择也比较多样，小孩子还给提供鲜榨果汁。总体来说，本次入住体验非常不错，酒店装修虽然老成了一些，但设备设置维护的非常到位，让住客非常满意，确实是一间五星级酒店该有的样子！

由于房间离电梯很近，电梯运行的声音在晚间过于明显，酒店方可以考虑做好隔音或房间另做它用。

The breakfast was very nice with fresh items being brought out to eat very frequently.There was a nice layout of the room with fast cleaning of the rooms. The Hotel employees were very helpful showing us directions and advise for attractions and sites.

The swimming pool could have a little more depth but otherwise everything was fine and most above the standards and expectations.

La restauration n était pas à l hauteur de l établissement .le petit déjeuner reste de qualité moyenne et les plats commandés ds les restaurants ou au bar reste moyens aussi avec des prix élevés et injustifiés. Nous avions payer presque 80€ pour 10 sushis pas très spéciales du tout . Nous avions été deçues nous fans de sushis . Dommage !

Impecable todo! El tamaño de las habitaciones. La calidez del personal en todo momento. Cordiales de buena predisposición amables y sobre todo serviciales. Desde las perdonas que atienden en el mostrador hasta las que abren las puertas. Los mosos en el Desayuno e incluso todos los cocineros. Gente muy muy amable . Sin dudas volveremos a elegir este hotel .

Gelegen op top locatie. Wij verbleven 16 nachten en vanaf het begin was TOP! Dit was ons derde reis in KL en dit was de eerste keer dat wij in het Intercontinental Hotel verbleef Het staf was heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij en vooral Sam, Danish ,Mr John en Aziz die ons de eerste nacht vriendelijk verwelkom en wegwijs maakte. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid ook hier zijn de staf zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim en dankzij Amis die elke dag onze kamer schoonmaakt was schoon en ontbreekt ons aan niets! En Emmy van het zwembad was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

De handdoeken waren zeer groot een beetje onhandig in gebruikt.

Honestly I liked Mr. Adam the manager & Sam & Ali & Aziz & Mahboob from staff while rest of staff are almost useless. The good staff couldn't do much! they tried. but you can tell that InterContinental is just happy to be cheap! I tried emailing them but nothing! even on Instagram also nothing!

Old place, terrible bed that cause back pain, terrible bathrooms, bad smells, terrible breakfast and bad Chef who is lacking hygiene! he & his lacked training staff were touching the food with their bare hands! while touching everything else! no one is wearing a mask or gloves! everything is wet & touched! Bad Facilities, this place should be 3 stars only! not a 5 star at all. Maybe it used to be 5 stars 20 years ago. Mold in the bathrooms, AC was broken in the room, just a terrible experience, food was not clean in the restaurant

The breakfast is catastrophic, noisy, crowded and not clean. The rooms are overpriced while the decoration belongs to 2000s. Staff are not professional and kept staring at guests. They should be trained to respect guests. Also some of the staff commented about the price of my cabin bag!!

Um atendimento impecável,equipe muito bem treinada. O concierge Mr Nazrul foi absolutamente competente,educado e um excelente profissional ,que nos ajudou enormemente.O hotel é lindo e limpíssimo. A localização é perfeita,ao lado das torres Petronas.

The spacious and tidy room, the gym and the pool, the stable and fast WiFi, the convenient location, and on top of everything, the tasty feast of breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 10 nights and it felt like home away from home by the time we checked out.

If I really have to be picky, outside food (even snacks) wasn't allowed in the pool area. Due to safety reasons, our outside food (leftovers, for example) couldn't be warmed up in the hotel kitchen.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast with lots of options and to be specific the managers/staff at breakfast lounge are so friendly and customer focused….even bell boys are so polite and helping… Hotel is very peaceful and walkable to twin towers…..overall very good option for familes

The staff was excellent, especially to Ally reception and Aziz front door. Bed was super comfy.

The pillow was super duper soft and very uncomfortable. Food from room service was not to my expectations. Quality of food was as it bought from the street vendors. The price and quality was not comparable. Breakfast varieties, but again lack the quality of a five star hotel . Air conditioning to the room really needed to look into it. Fully blast to 18deg still can not feel the comfort.

The location of this hotel near the Petronas Twin Towers together with the amazing room and facilities for the price can not be exceeded I think with any other hotel in the area.

Not the hotel fault but if you walk to the Petronas KLCC you will notice homeless people in the street which can be a bit scary, they seem to be not harmful but yet I hope the government does provide to them a way to get off the street and improve their situation

Plenty of shopping nearby. + All rooms include hot tubs. + Very friendly and accommodating staff. + Wide variety of food for the daily free breakfast. With multiple restaurants inside the hotel, for lunch and dinner. + Amenities such as the pool, gym and spa. + Free bottled water provided daily.

- Relatively far from Pavilion KL, at a 25-minute walk. And during peak times, rideshare times are just as long. - Mini-fridge was stocked with pay-to-use drinks, which left little room for our own food; we could fit 6x 500mL bottles. - Swimming pool was frequently crowded as it was too small for the large number of rooms.

This was a gem of a hotel. The staff were wonderful and they helped us celebrate a birthday with a special cake in our room. The location was perfect for walking the KLCC park and the Petronas Towers, shopping malls, and wonderful food options. The bar staff made wonderful drinks, and enjoyed in a quiet setting with great company. Highly recommended.

Service very very slow at dinner in Serena Brasserie

Buffet breakfast was amazing, you could find everything there, local cuisine, Indian, continental. Food is so yummy and fresh. Staff are well trained, always helpful and cheerful. We were lucky to see traditional lion dance at hotel lobby, enjoyed A lot during our 6 days stay. Just walking distance to shopping mall, food court, and twin tower, Taxi, MRT, LRT etc... nice swiming pool and Gym
