There was no balcony for the third floor rooms, I think only one floor has a balcony.

really basic. towels overused and worn. No AC. No outlets to run CPAP or charge phones.

some lack of communication at check in, so unable to find our rooms that were in a different tower in the building. Also not told about the “rules” for breakfast, so were scolded when we arrived at the “wrong” time, and sat at tables that were apparently reserved for a tour group, but NOT labelled as such. Our “view room” consisted of a view of the parking lot and ventilation system for the property!!
