In the evening you can really make the photo like in the title photo - fab shot. Room(s) big, relatively modern, very quiet air conditioner, good WiFi.

Devil is in the details - kitchen air extraction not working, gas connection looks shady, no (visible) smoke and gas detectors in the room. Our room didn't have a window - only natural light came through the glass door The pool even though it looks big on the photos, is actually a very small one and not suitable for anything but kids having fun

Downstairs apartment is so well organized … all the amenities necessary for a long stay and incredibly helpful staff make this a perfect holiday experience.

upstairs apartment doesn’t work. Bed looks into a cupboard and the TV is on the opposite wall.

It offers clean room in a quite area. Garden is huge and my kids enjoyed playing there.Swimming pool is very clean and breakfast was so delicious.

Cozy and clean stay :) We only slept one night there but it was very comfortable and cute with a small garden. 5-10 minutes away from the beach. Car parking space directly on the opposite of the houses.

Maybe the fact that the room was divided with another room just by a in-between door what made it a bit noisy.

Price was quite high for the season; property could think more about clients’ needs when preparing rooms e.g not all guests will have driven by car (some fly) and not all guests will therefore bring every item required. We were disappointed that basic items like placemats, tea towels, salt and pepper were not in the apartment so we needed to buy them. Towels were quite poor quality. TV channels had no languages apart from Italian. If some of these items were provided it would make guests feel more at home on arrival.

Fantastic location: beautiful landscape and comfortable access to all destinations we were looking for (Firenze, Pisa, Bolgheri, Volterra etc.). Against the high-season in Italy the site did not seem to be crowded due to its large area. The pool was a perfect alternative to the sea which was in few minutes driving distance. We also liked the availability of services like the optional breakfast and self-service drink & food bar, bikes, self-service laundry, private terrace, playground for kids. It was our top family vacation so far, we will surely return.

This place is perfect to travel with kids. Big territory, nice swimming pool, playgrounds. It is very quite there but you are very close to supermarkets, restaurants and beach.
