Very nice room: two large bedrooms and two clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room with cozy couch, and wide balcony to enjoy view of Zermatt. If you go ski, it is only 5 min walking distance from the gondola station. Staffs were very kind and helpful (renting adapter, reservong taxi, etc.) I can recommend this with confidence 👍

In my room, I cannot see the Mattehorn. The outdoor sauna looked fantastic, but I had no chance to use it.🥲

was a shame the sauna - hammam was closed as I booked that place for this reason too would be nice to have a tea bag or cafe capsule for breakfast

super clean and with perfect location

The property is in a great location, right next to the lift that takes you up to Kleine Matterhorn. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and quiet and the view (although not overlooking the Matterhorn) was still beautiful. It is also walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Zermatt.

Everything about the stay was lovely, but it would have been nice if their taxi to and from the train station were included.

The apartment was very clean and had a lot of useful amenities.

It was a bit far from the main part of town (with a hill on the way), but this would have been fine if we didn’t have large luggage. The balcony looks over another bit of accomodation and there was construction occurring quite early in the morning.

Staff was amazing! So friendly and so helpful. Had awesome views from our studio room and it was close to everything but nice and quiet at night.

For a couple, two twin beds pushed together could be a little uncomfortable sleeping at night. Putting a sheet/mattress cover over them would help eliminate the space between beds!

The location was perfect and the facilities were top notch as well

There was some construction going on next door which was totally fine until the last day when they decided to be loud at 7.00am in the morning

The apartment was very clean with big space for my family if 3. We stayed fir 3 nights and used the kitchen to cook easy food, we also enjoyed the view from kitchen and living room.

The bathtub doesn’t have a grab bar to help get up from the hot bath. Hope they can install it soon.

Location is on the end of town and very close to gondola, about a 5 minute walk. If you are a skier it is perfect!

Absolutely gorgeous view, nice apartment, great location -- close enough to town to be walkable, but not right in the thick of it. The staff were very friendly and they even comped us a ride to the station when we left.

Everything was great except for one glaring deficiency: the wifi did not work in our room. The signal was too weak. Sometimes we could just barely pick it up for a few minutes but it was never strong enough to actually use. We asked the staff about it and they basically said there was nothing that could be done. This is not acceptable in 2022. Boosters and routers are cheap and readily available. The property should solve this problem because it is easy to solve.

The place is great and spacious. The check-in and check-out process are simple and fast. There is an area outside the hotel with great view to the Matterhorn (I took a nice sunrise photo here.)

It’s walkable from the train station but Google Map points a path with upward slope. Actually it’s possible to walk on a flat path.

Location is good. Close to all the attractions, train station , bus stop and Matterhorn cable car station. We had a great time. The apartment was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
