My Family loved the location, being easy walking distance to the beach, easy access to shopping. The accommodation included access to the swimming pool, spa and entertainment area with full BBQ provision. The unit was well set up for self containment and well furnished with trimmings containing three bedrooms. My partner and I loved the separate ensuite for ourselves. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The Kitchen facilities were modern with a very good array of cooking utensils and crockery suitable for a large family. The most pleasant experience was the level of hospitality and understanding provided by the vendor who always displayed an interest in their guests.

In regards to the accommodation the only down side was the Kitchen cabinetry needs updating but it was not a deal breaker. For the area, coming from a small town, the Gold Coast traffic and parking was a down side, but I guess you have to expect that for such a popular area. The only other down side was the expense of accessing the major attractions which limited our choices as a family but we found a lot of low cost activities available and enjoying the beautiful beaches was always free..

Great facilities and friendly staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool was a highlight of our stay.

The location was great and for the first few days the managers were helpful in letting us park our vehicle in a larger spot.

The apartment had a general unclean feeling. Carpets, bedding, and cots all felt dirty. We weren’t given any washcloths, hand towels, floor mats, or soap. The whole apartment had 1 roll of toilet paper. We were given two more when we asked (we’re a family of 8 and stayed for a week). Also, apparently there is limited wifi at this property so a few days into our trip I got a gruff phone call from the manager telling me I was using too much data (I had downloaded a few videos for my children to watch on the ride home). I apologized and told him I was unaware that there was a limit. The light switches are controlled by remote controls - which are also used in neighboring apartment, which means that our lights would turn off and on as neighbors turned their lights off and on. Overall, I would not recommend this property. There are so many options in the Gold Coast. Look elsewhere - at least until the management can address some of these issues.

Loved the heated spa, location and the layout of the apartment

TV'S could be updated so that you could watch Netflix etc, was only able to watch freeview so that was a bit annoying despite having internet access.

location was good and overall the place was nice and welcoming.

No lifts which meant getting 5 suitcases up 4 flights of stairs difficult . The showers had no water pressure and the shower head kept swivelling around making it hard to stand under.

Really friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. Car park spaces were large enough for our Triton and street parking for the second car was easy.

The only fault which wasn't a big one and didn't impact our stay at all was that the apartment really needed some paint to freshen up. It was still a great little apartment though.
