Great location. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The evening food served was perhaps a little basic and lacked the choices I've seen at other hotels. But we did pay a lot less . Something to weigh up on our next visit.

I liked people that worked there, especially the lady doing the Animation! Really appreciated late dinner on arrival and early breakfast on departure.

Unlike the other Grupotel where I stayed 4 months before, in this hotel no drinks besides water were included with dinners. To compare, in another Grupotel in Alcudia we had freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and domestic beer/wine + soft drinks included with dinners. Felt like a downgrade. At both place we were on half-board meals.

Very nice hotel - has everything you need. I have to compliment the staff - everyone was helpful and really nice and friendly. Restaurant and meals are perfect.

A lot of mosquitos - it is good idea to treat the areas around. I am aware this is mostly out of the control of the hotel, so I am still giving the hotel full rating.

Good location close to the beach. The food was awesome. Totally recommend the two meals option. The room was cleaned every day. Parking is also available at the location.

The location is great (5 min walk from the beach) and they have room service every day. The breakfast is international and is very good. The communication is also good.

When you go with half board, they don't even offer water on the dinner and you have to order bottled water separately. It was not nice to deal with the waiters.

It was very close to the beach, beds were big and comfortable and breakfast was very good.

In our opinion the apartment wasn't as clean as it could be. Especially decorative pillows on the bed were kinda dirty and also dishes in the apartment, we booked the apartment so we could also make some food by ourselfs on our holiday, but after we saw the dishes we changed our minds.

Location was very good, close to beach, shops, bus station. Breakfast was great, they borrow towels for deposit 20€, which was nice gesture. Lovely & helpful stuff. Would recommend this hotel...usually for german tourists from travel agencies. Pool look nice, no time to go in...

We had halfboard included and the food was just lovely :) Cleaning was done every day as expected. Evening program was not disturbing at all as it was mostly located inside the hotel bar and I appreciated it very much. Stqff was very nice and hotel location is very convenient, very close to playa de Muro, I would definitely return :)

a little noise in the morning as we had a room above restaurant and mooving of chairs on the tiles durin breakfast (and during cleaning) was a little disturbing, but since we wake up early, it was not a major issue. Bathroom shower needs a little maintanaince to fix the older silicone and faucets could be changed to new ones to meet the 4 stars. otherwide a lovely hotel with an excelent location.

Our first room had a problem with WiFi so we were moved to another room the same day. Everyone was extermly helpful during our stay. We loved breakfast in the morning. Food was local and fresh with a plenty of tables inside and by the pool to choose from. The hotel is 3 min walk from Mura beach which in our view is the best in Mallorca. We had trully relaxing stay and would love to visit again.

Staff were very nice, especially the afternoon bar team.

Food, in general was poorly done. Meat fried on a pan was too cold by the time you fetched it. It should’ve been served directly to the plate while waiting. Scrambled eggs…. Better not to even mention.

Location of the Grupotel Alcudia is 150m from the beach surrounded by shops and restaurants. Infrastrucure in the zone around hotel is tailored for and suits tourism. There is also public bus stop nearby for easy travel to historic center of Alcudia, pay contacless upon entry 1.80€ per ride. We decided to book bed and breakfast instead of all-inclusive giving us more options for dinning and evening activities. On few occasions we have had buffet dinner at the hotel at the cost of 17€ per person. I would suggest that that is better solution for couples visiting without children. Hotel was fully occupied during our stay same as the whole area of Platja de Muro. There must have been a massive pressure on the personnel, both, working in the dinning services and cleaning-maintenance to ensure smooth operations. I assumed that post-Covid shortage of available workforce is streching staff well beyond normal circumstances. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety of options running until 10am so later strong breakfast would take you throughout the day until dinner time. There are also restaurants on the edges of the beach in the case we fancied a snack or drink.

Grupotel Alcudia would benefit from having sufficient number of well-trained maintenance staff. Toilet needed tightening because was wobly, door to balcony woud not lock properly, there was no seal around the room door and frame making air-conditiong working overtime unnecessarily. Room's design was very nice and a bit better care would improve overall experience. Hotel charges extra for using room safety box and claims that unless you keep valuables in the safe they take no responsibility if something goes missing. We found it excessive charge after paying premium price for the stay. Platja de Muro is easy accessible and enjoyable but if you wish to spend time in the shade, recommended in August, and use two sunloungers it sets you back 14.25€ per day or any fraction of the day. Note that beach is not linked to the hotel and I presume it is managed by private operator hired by the local council. We experienced equatorial heat over a week and we would not come back in August again. October weather would suit us better and it would be much cheaper too.

It was a fantastic family vacation. Hotel has a great location, it was very clean and well equipped. Everyone was kind and helpful.

The Front Office Manager should have been more flexible with the late check-out after 12 night stay. We offered to pay for it, however it was declined. We had to check out one day earlier and find an other hotel that could provide it.
