Frühstück war sehr gut, das Zimmer recht gross mit fantastischem Ausblick.
Das Kirchenglockengeläute ab 6 Uhr morgens, da ist nicht viel mit ausschlafen. Aber das muss man wohl hinnehmen, wenn man in der City wohnt.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It kept getting better and better. The receptionist was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The breakfast was great. The reception/ breakfast area/ lounge was on the 8th floor and provided fantastic views of the city skyline and lake. And the location in the city center was ideal. A short walk to the train station, to restaurants, and the Christmas market. I would gladly stay here again.

Our stay a Viva Sky was perfect. Breakfast terrace and views amazing. Buffet breakfast was a treat. Loved every minute of our stay.
Nothing could possibly be improved on at Viva Sky. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Without wishing to single out staff members, we would like to thank Priska who was on duty on the day of our arrival. Priska was, at all times, very friendly and helpful

Wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous rooftop terrace which serves drinks as well as breakfast. You can watch the sunset over the Bodensee. Couldn't be a better location -- minutes from the harbour and train station, and lots of restaurants nearby. Generous and top-quality breakfast. Well-appointed and very comfortable rooms, with balconies. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location, near the train station, the old town and the lake. The reception and breakfast restaurant are at the 8th floor with an astonishing view above the town’s roofs the churches and the lake.
The breakfast was excellent.
The receptionist gave us some useful advice and free bus/train tickets which we used for traveling.
It should be nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks, especially in the cold season.

Nice room, hotel in the center so you just can walk out to do sightseeing.
No parking, city parkings few minutes away and pretty expencive. No restaurant.

Couple minutes walk from the train station and within walking distance to Lake Constance as well as the city. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff, to reception staff and breakfast buffet waitstaff. The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful and the room was cosy and comfortably equipped and very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful served in a gorgeous space overlooking the city.

view of ALL of Constance and the lake from the breakfast terrace was fabulous. And you can sit there all day if you want.
Worth staying for that alone. Breakfast was excellent, room was large and comfortable, great view from balcony. short walk to station and ferries.

roof terrace was amazing and the location was great. staff were lovely, breakfast was fab!
room was small and we had a strong smell of drains from the bathroom. We had a balcony shared with a neighbouring room, they were very noisy! room was a little dated with cheap furnishings.

Very central location in the pedestrian area, cosy and modern room, very good breakfast, beautiful roof top location for breakfast & drinks served all day, the staff deserve 10 out of 10 for their helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency, good wi-fi reception, choice of parking nearby (for a fee). We would definitely come back again :-)
