Quiet street, Easy access to the old town, shops & restaurants and swimming in the lake. Antonio was charming and helpful with local tips, like cycle hire, swimming and visiting sites- he highly recommended Meersberg, on the opposite side of the lake, and we loved the day out there, and cycling to Reichenau - the garden island, as we call it. A Wonderful stay on Konsanz.

All was good.

Location is very good Staff is very friendly The room was very quiet and comfortable.

In general nothing to complain, one point to improve would be to add heating to the bathroom.

I've had a reservation for December 31, 2022 - January 1, 2023. I've got room nr. 8. When I went to rest, I was a very unpleasant surprised that the sheets were used. The sheet (under the duvet) was covered with black, long, wavy hair, and the duvet had hair from the intims zones. I put everything aside and I used the bath towel as a sheet and my coat as a blanket. The parquet floor was full of dust. Then I ask myself... For what did I pay?

no on site parking. check in was extremely slow.

we were treated very poorly in our first morning. the manager told us there was no food left for out breakfast despite having paid for it. on the second morning i took a croissant from a bread basket as we were not given one and the manager told me the basket was for other guests made us feel like unwanted guests. faulty towers in reality.

Hotel is good located, next to the main touristic attractions from Constanz.

The receptionist was a bit "over the top", judging even our personal decissions about what to visit or where to go for dinner. Tiny bathroom, and expensive rates for the size of the room, instalations and services offered. The receptionist told us we could leave our things at the reception the last day before taking our train, but there was no one there, we called him and he told us to leave them behind a little desk. When we came back we realised no one came, and our things were unattended with the main and back door of the building completely open and no staff at all in the building...

Perfect location, very central. The sir at the reception was very attentive, kind and gave really good tips regarding transportation and top places to visit.

No earlier check-in despite the room was available. At 14h when the check-in was supposed to take place the room wasn't yet ready. All the smoke from the restaurant downstairs gets through the window so there's no chance to open it. The hairdryer in the bathroom is just for decoration, there's no plug to make it work. No cleaning service during the stay only before the check-in. No staff available for the check out. I guess, that's what you get for a cheap price.

Great value for money. Located in the city center without being too loud and everything is within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Solid breakfast.

Could've been a tad cleaner but it wasn't an issue.
