Location near shopping center and famous restaurants

upgraded to premium room however, you needed to go up narrow flight of stairs or disabled elevator to get to your room. room was very noisy and had a strange level between the room and bathroom, very dangerous. seats in reception and cafe are terrible.

Everything was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bed pillows we're not clean and had blood on them. Room was poorly laid out and no washbasin in a tiny bathroom

The hotel has seen better times. Room was dirty, last time dusted loong ago. Weird layout with the sink in the room, not the bathroom. WiFi was terrible. Rooftop restaurant closed since covid. The pool in a not appealing setting.

I liked the room, it was too big for one person though. I liekd the breakfast either. convenient location, kind staff, everything was great!

The room size was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great too!!

The room was not super clean when I first checked in but clean enough to not point it out to the front desk. Just a little bit more detail work and it would be amazing!

The gym is excellent. Not only a solid weight selection, but also extra areas of the gym including a yoga/gymnastics room and thai boxing ring. The bed was huge and view amazing. Breakfast was solid and even included some of the cakes from the room service menu. The concierge was helpful.

Charges for room service weren't clearly explained and ended up being a little more than expected (I expected 10%, but it was 10% plus 7%).

For us the location was perfect as we had been to Bangkok before. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

I booked and paid for a Suite with a city view. Unfortunately I did not et a city view, only a low level view of a construction site. I contacted management and they did not respond until after I checked out, even then there was no apology or explanation. A complete waste of money to take the special room category which spoils the whole experience.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, still an empty beer bottle on the window. Carpet was stained. Show wasn't good with pressure

amazing room that i had... a junior suite , with stunning views of the city. The facilities in the room were excellent and even the mini-bar was in-expensive .

only confusing issue for me was that the reception was on floor 8 .
