The room wasn’t clean. It smelt like someone had been smoking in the room. There were cigarette burn marks everywhere.

Would have made a difference to whether we booked here if they had mentioned the major noisy road works a few meter's from our room which started before 7am with steamroller on a Saturday ..Roadworks not properties fault but not advising customers is..The toiletry dispensers did not work for half of them.

Overall this place is rundown. Sadly lacking basic maintenance. Chips in the walls, dirty walls, mould in bathrooms, need I go on?

No Wifi in the room and understaffed. Staff member on duty did not know how to remedy the problem and did not call Duty Manager. We will not stay here again.

Location was convenient.

Property was very dated on the inside. And road noise was very loud (windows should be glazed to reduce noice).

Pool and BBQ area. That's it.

Bad smell to hallways and rooms. Key locks don't work properly. Amenities didn't work. Lack of furniture to the apartment room. Car windows were smashed. Unsafe location.

The staff were very friendly and the pool, spa where lovely and clean it was the highlight of the stay. The TV did have a great variety of on demand movies etc to watch which was great. The location is very close to the airport which was so handy.

No air conditioning in the bedroom or a TV we stayed in the middle of summer and the room was hot at night. The air con and TV were in the living area. The bathroom cupboard had a very musty damp smell. The kitchen and living area also had a weird food smell when I arrived that did linger. There was not a functioning fan in the bathroom either and no window to allow a breeze in. I did have to rewash a saucepan before cooking perhaps from a previous guest not washing up properly afterwards.
