Breakfast was really good, even though a bit overcrowded. Not too far from down-town and some nice surroundings.

No air-conditioning. Just a ventilator. Room was a bit small for 3 people.

No air conditioning in rooms but all public areas air conditioned. I’d prefer the place I’m paying to sleep in to be air conditioned. The window opened an inch. We borrowed a fan from reception but without it we’d have had an uncomfortable night. Out of the way but parking available.

we booked one family room but got two twin rooms instead, that was not an easy thing to handle with our youngest daughters. ventilation was not working properly at one room, so sleep was not comfy at all in it.

Fabulous pool facilities adjacent and amazing person. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could have had more electric car charging stations at the car park as relatively large hotel.

Breakfast was good and despite few things really tasty. Staff was all the time around tables, super fast and efficient when it comes to table tiding up.

Despite good breakfast mandatory registration with external company to be able to eat it is ridiculous. Now I'm getting 3 times a week spam from this service provider.

The breakfast buffé is fantastic and second to none. A really huge choice of stuff, hot and cold - all displayed in a very nice manner. Excellent!

Sorry to say, the attitude of some of the staff was lacking. I guess the location makes it easy to get repeat guests but also sometimes lowers the bar for people, even in the service industry.

it is very nice that the hotel welcomes dogs. i have to pay extra 20 eur for a dog, absolutely fine. however I am very disappointed if being with a dog means i am treated with lower quality and lower service. just because i travel with a dog, i dont want to stay in a room which is not renovated, on a corridor far away. i booked a room on booking.com which had nice, new, fresh design. our expactations were not met. all in all staff was very nice, breakfast was amazing. i am leaving this comment to help to further improve. thank you.

Easy to find, a lot of parking space. 24 hour reception. Quick check in and check out. Typical "Scandic" (it means - as good as Scandic used to be).

A little louder door closing (room, bathroom) would be nice.
