Location on the water but quiet and personable.

The view was a bit industrial - harbour facilities. The breakfast was a chaotic happening. We had a superior room while we experienced it more like standard.

Good room with perfect beds for us. Enough room and very nice breakfast. On top of it all, free parking and a boat into the city.

The only thing I can think of would be the small bathroom. But it was no problem to us.

Breakfast buffet was good if a little disorganized at peak time - no plates , no tables etc . Room was good, as expected, location very far out of the city and it was helpful to have a linked ferry but the times were very late ( only started at 12pm) to make the most of the day

We found an item from the last customer. We suspect the cleaning wasn’t the best, as it should have been spotted.

The evening and breakfast buffets were very delicious. The room was also a really good size with a decent bathroom. Very clean and the staff were super nice!

The location is quite bad - takes a 20 min tram and a 20 min walk to get there with a very confusing route. We had the evening buffet as well which was good but expensive for what you get, especially as it's such a trek to get elsewhere for food. I also wish they had more vegetarian options for the evening buffet.

Very cosy hotel, nice location out of the city right on the waterfront. Nice staff. Good breakfast and afternoon buffet. Excellent room with three comfortable bedrooms and a seating area. We only stayed one night, but we would love to come back.

Location very good, close to see

Good position and large room.

The room was dirty especially the toilet. We rang immediately the reception and they send us a cleaner to fix the situation. We expected that a manager was coming to check/talk to us but sending just the cleaner we felt sorry for her and felt that was not enough.

It was my first time in Gothenburg and I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. The hotel decided for me: ended up a lot more there than I was expecting. It’s really nice, the staff is impeccable and everything went smoothly. The facilities are great and you really should enjoy the stay. The thing is (keep reading about the “what I didn’t like”:

.. you really have to decide before you go: if it’s a central spot you’re looking for, this isn’t the place to be (40 minutes, considering tram + walk, from Gothenburg centre); if you’re looking for silence, rest and even a place that is about halfway from Gothenburg and Sotholmen, this is a very good hotel. This is not a “I don’t like”: it’s a mere warning for your expectations.
