A very nice breakfast. The building is also nice with a lot of historical feeling.

I travelled for work which means I needed an invoice to settle the account with my university. A request to receive an invoice was met with a general confusion. I got a receipt (a very different document, in terms of accounting), which was rejected at home. When I contacted the hotel to ask for a regular invoice they answered: vi kan inte skriva ut en till kopia av ditt kvitto (we cannot print a copy of your receipt) which is really bizarre, considering I wanted a pdf of an invoice. When I carified this yet again no more answers. So, if you travel for business choose a different hotel.

Good location. Easy to get to via tram. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Nice room. Black out blinds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lift to get to other floors.

Front door hard to hold open when entering or exiting with luggage. Blowdryer in room not working - it should be removed from the wall. Beds too soft.

Location is good, close to public transport. Breakfast is amazing, really good, you can find everything there, we were really positively surprised by breakfast

The staff was friendly and helpful. They prioritise their guests. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We were given options on places to go and general things to do. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. We arrived early, long before check-in time, but we were allowed to go to our rooms because the room was ready. Excellent service!

We wish we booked a longer stay.

The bed is too small for a double room and breakfast cannot be provided, which was arranged with the administration in order to be able to check out earlier.

Hard to find Parking

no parking. you have to walk 15mins to parking lot. it will cost ~400kr daily closest gas station circle k stole our 2000kr and didn't send back room was cold. heating radiator is not enough
