Everything as it was in a great location and all the staff where friendly and helpful when needing anything and always happy and smiling. Great stay for 3 days on my first trip to the Philippines.

The staff were extremely helpful and were always very courteous. The pool was nice. The room was very spacious.
I thought we were at the wrong hotel when the taxi pulled up. The pictures only show the good parts. The area is not great. There was a weird smell in the room with the AC turned on. The fridge and bathroom were very grimy. The whole place just looked a bit battered and outdated. There was a lot of noise from the pool late at night even though we were told the pool closes at 9pm.
It was advertised as a 4 star hotel on Booking.com but seems to be a 3 star by the time I got there. I was a bit disappointed as that was mainly the reason I booked it.

The staff are courteous and the place is accessible and convenient for me. The beddings are clean and comfy.
Breakfast is of limited choices, unlike from my previous stay last November, 2023 which has more choices. I found one small cockroach in the cabinet, thus, I did not put my things there. The aircon is not very cold and the hot and cold shower is also not very hot.

This is an old hotel based on methods used 20 or 30 years ago. The airconditioning cannot be regulated. Just blasted at the same temperature. The shower has been used for 20 years or more. Water coming out from the shower goes in all directions except to the body. Well it is ok for a normal stay hotel but not really to be recommended. Room was clean, Breakfast was simple. The Pool looks ok from my room
The lifts need to be upgraded. Old fashioned methods of Management need to be upgraded. Deposits were collected upon check-in. Then there is such a thing as 'Check room' before the Deposit could be returned. Took 15 ¬ 20 minutes

the room had no window, water was leaking, bathroom door wouldn’t close, only one lift was working which Carries only 4 people at time

There are lots of Staff and they all very friendly and helpful.This hotel was very cheap .My bed was very comfortable. the food in the restaurant in the evening was very Good quality, quantity and good value ,
A lot, main problem Noise, The AirCon was so extremely noisy and dirty but if you turned it off the outside noise of Traffic, trains , dogs and cockerels ! was just as bed

Staff was friendly
Rooms were small, with either no windows or a very tiny window with no view. Breakfast had poor variety and looked low quality. Plus, the plates were dirty. Area around the hotel was dirty and busy. Also, staff and people locally told us that it was very dangerous. So we always had to order a taxi or a Grab when leaving the hotel.

One of my favourite hotels in Manila. Friendly staff, great service, good breakfasts. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free pick-up from the airport. The pool is wonderful, a great escape from the chaos and heat of Manila.
Location is a bit awkward, but right next to a train station. The complimentary ride from the airport really helped to solve the location problem.
