The location was good as it was essential however the hotel it's self was not up to standards
The hotel windows don't open for fresh air. There were unclean dishes left in my room upon check in and the air-conditioning does not work. The laundry facilities were good

on the second night there's other occupant in the hotel get drunk and make noise, shouting on the upper floor. cannot sleep.

Late check in was straight forward
The hot water system was terrible, hot cold hot cold. The overall facilities were quite tired and the on site parking wasn't available

The hotel had rooms available for the dates we required
There was a lot of street light coming through the window as the blinds only covered 2/3 of the window. Linen was not without stains. Parking was possible on site but very limited and once we had a spot we were unable to leave without likely not having a spot upon return.

It was disappointing to have to go out for food. The new cafe opened the morning we left. They were having teething trouble

It was the only hotel within the budget that we could find because of the hotel shortage and room rate surge due to the CoolPlay concert!!

Dated facilities need upgrading. Weir sound from the hot water pump in the toilet.

Nice, comfortable city hotel, within walking distance of the centre (also accessible with a free bus). Free private parking underneath the hotel was great, although spaces are limited - we were lucky to get the last one. Staff were great, especially Renette on reception who gave us a great welcome and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There was an annoying humming/knocking sound coming from the wall in the bathroom, the walls are too thin as either side adjacent rooms were very noisy and we didn’t sleep very well.
Tv channels were very minimal, air conditioning was not very good.
