Very centrally located, good value for money

No parking options close to the hotel, no guidance from the hotel on where to park

Well located in easy reach of restaurants and very dog friendly

Only provided was one towel per person and only one glass in the small bathroom. Room on the small side.

We expected tea and cooler making facilities on the room as standard, but these were not offered. The space around the bed and general circulation space in the room was limited.

Our room overlooked a lovely square with fountains and plants and flowers and pretty lights from the shops at night .A short walk to the restuarants and shops and Champagne avenue.

We liked everything

location and very good breakfast offerings. paid parking nearby. staff were not unpleasant but seemed uninterested in any interaction with guests. case of here's your key, you're on the 4th floor. had to ask about location and time of breakfast. when checking out notice in lift suggests, if you have already paid your bill, you can leave your key in the box below - saves the staff asking if we enjoyed our stay.

Fairly good location

A dreadful place, unfriendly staff, difficult to find with very difficult to locate parking. The hotel emailed to say they were undergoing building works but neglected to mention that we would be staying on the 5th floor where the works were taking place! The corridor our room was on was full of building materials with builders carrying paint trays and adhesive past us as we went to and from our room. The rooms directly opposite our room were all being worked on with power tools generating lots of noise and dust. The air in the corridor was full of dust - this was all totally unacceptable. The room itself was way to small for four people, the wardrobe for 4 was a joke. The air-conditioning only heated not cooled and the roof light only opened 3cms so it was impossible to ventilate and cool the room. The sofa bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable with a metal bar across the middle of the mattress under your back - my back ached for three days after our stay. The end of the room with the sofa bed had no lighting so was in murk after dark. The staff had utter disregard for their guests. Ibis should be ashamed of this property. Stay elsewhere.

They were busy with renovations of which I was made fully aware. Did not bother or inconvenience me.

Staff was very nice and location is very central.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed on top floor, only had a small window and it was not possible to open the window for fresh air.

We love the Ibis group for their kid friendly hotels and have stayed in many on our trips to France in the past. Whilst this one was in a great location, it did not come up to the standard of others we have visited. It felt like an office building and the bar area felt very cold and unwelcoming with ceiling tiles missing above the bar area and bare wires hanging out.

The communal areas could have been a bit more welcoming.
