Alot of noise coming autside disturbing the sleep Hand washing sink in the midle of room which is not prctical and healty

The shower was nice and powerful, but the water runaway couldn’t keep up with it so the room flooded.

Blind didn’t work and bathroom door didn’t close. Whilst the design is cool the room needs modernising & has clearly had a lot of use!! There was a squashed chocolate bar behind the chair that cleaners missed…

Great location and excellent breakfast. Staff are superb, world class.

The fact music was pumping from 'somewhere'. bar or club until 2am. We stayed in a 5th floor room but it felt like we were on the dancefloor.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were very quirky and modern.

Although the rooms are in a great location, we suffered a lot with the amount of noise that came from outside. We struggled to sleep and by 3am we had to go to reception and request a different room. Although this room was still very noisy, smaller and had two single beds for myself and my partner.

We have stayed at W hotels before so we anticipated the modern sophistication of this hotel but we were pleasantly surprised at the special features of the London W. Our room was spacious and we had a corner suit with wonderful views over Picadilly and Leicester. We loved the special touches such as the welcoming mats in the elevators throughout the day. The gym in this hotel is exceptional - one of the best hotel gyms we have experienced. The in-room goodies were very unique and we landed up purchasing quite a few which we loved using.

Terrible- bad service. Flooded room. Rude staff. Forgot our luggage, forgot to bring my partners cake ruined the surprise for his birthday. Incompetent staff- did not inform us of the closing times or facilities. I have raised this with the manager who has done nothing.
