Lovely location, friendly staff, close to the beach and plenty of parking. There was a lovely vegan Cafe down the road with the most lovely people, coffee and food.

Described as luxury suite, definately was not that. Only a queen bed, very uncomfortable too. Shower didn't work properly, just dribbled out. Flys in the room were very annoying but we found some flyspray in the cupboard thank goodness and the traffic noise was bad.

This is a "mixed-use" hotel so long term emergency housing tenants mixed in with paying guests which we were not made aware of when we booked via booking.com and there is nothing on website advising of this either. This needs to be advertised as we would not have booked here had we known. The entire premises feels tired and run down since we last stayed, extremely disappointed

Arrived to be greeted by owner’s father. He did not want to take our money and did not know the Wi-Fi password. There was no power in the room and he had to call her twice. No instructions re hob and she had little idea. Very noisy with passing traffic. I would not be surprised to hear that she has only recently taken over the motel. Not very professional as she spoke to her daughter whilst checking us in. Too expensive for the accommodation provided.

Very comfortable, great size and facilities. I would choose to stay there again.

Nothing much, just house keeping maybe, I did expect to return after a day out to new towels and dirty towels removed. We stayed 2 nights and when we checked out there was a huge pile of dirty towels it just would have been nice if they were removed daily.

The customer service and communication was exceptional!

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were all flat. Cooking utensils were limited.

Would not charge EV car overnight as every one else on our trip round NI has. Shower is open and water went everywhere.
