We found this property warm and very comfortable; the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower wonderful. The location of this property is a short walk from the train and bus stations. Nearby there are numerous shops including a supermarket, bakery, florist, barber and chemist. Tourist attractions and restaurants can be easily reached on foot and are located approximately ten minutes from the property. The WiFi speed was fast and reliable, and the hosts provided a map of the city and surrounding areas.

Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for city centre. Overall an enjoyable stay. We an amazing time.
Just as a suggestion, it would be nice to instal a small speaker in jacuzzi area.

The deluxe room we had was beyond expectations, like a luxury apartment . Fantastic location less than ten mins to rail station one way and the same to the market place . Very quiet area . Hosts were very helpful and on hand if needed . Good quality coffee and tea available in room. Very comfortable bed and enormous shower! Breakfast brought to your room was delicious and plentiful! I can’t fault it , would highly recommend a stay here if you visit Ypres .

Amazing place! Very nice Bed and Breakfast. Luxurious rooms and breakfast was perfect! I would really recommend it. The people are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and so close to the market place. Thank you!

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. According to my girlfriend, the best scrambled eggs she'd ever had! The room was in amazing condition- clean with all amenities catered for. Breakfast was delivered to our room in a wonderfully presented basket with fresh hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and helpful; answering any questions that we had and made us feel very welcome.

Warm people, super nice location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The host were very friendly and nice, ready to answer our questions and to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The time in the private spa is perfect and a must if you spend the night. Thank you for our nice get-away from Brussels. Dank u wel / Grazie mille!

Location is right in the center of the city, room was quite big and nicely decorated. Everything very clean, bed very comfortable.
We also liked a lot the little spa which has a bit of everything and can be booked privately for few hours (with an extra fee). Breakfast was ok.
Property very kind and friendly.
There was a subtle annoying noise during the night (think it was the heating), breakfast could be improved, price a bit on the high end for the overall experience.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, nice clean room with a separate tv and sofa room, delicious breakfast (and also pretty to look at), very near the city centre and near the train station, lovely spacious spa area with a bubble bath, sauna and a hamam
