The room that I was upgraded too was good clean and fresh. Spacious and great facilities.
The previous room had some kind of work going on with AC hence it wasn't cooling and some smell.

Small lobby, not enough seating. Facilty in room aren’t as per rates charged. It’s like any other lower star hotel.

Excellent spread on breakfast.., very courteous staff ! Especially on the Sunday (today) morning when the place was full, they really handled the situation well
My booking was in a Junior King Suite X 3 nights (billing includes breakfast) @ ₹78,000 … Day 1 morning, I couldn’t go down to the restaurant for breakfast, as I was preparing for an important talk scheduled @ 12 noon ! I asked for 1 Dosa, 1 omelette & 1 plate cut fruits to be brought to my room … They forced a bill on me ! I was a taken a back, when the management said that it’s the hotel policy in a stern manner ...; they could have been a little courteous ! It’s like you need to pay up for your food in a Business Class seat …..! Of course I enjoyed my breakfast @ the restaurant on day 2 and 3 … thanks to the staff … Why should I book into a Suite ?! If you don’t get these privileges?! I don’t need your executive lounge access & happy hours …. small courtesies….., see that you don’t hurt people

le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, sympathique et soucieux de votre bien être. l'hôtel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le bar intérieur et le bar sur le toit sont très sympas avec de la bonne musique. Bonne ambiance générale.
mauvaise information sur les offres. Nous avions pris un package mais celui ci n'était valable que dans un seul des restaurants de l'hôtel et seulement sur les soft drinks. Or le package était de 15% de moins sur la nourriture et les boissons sans préciser lesquelles ni quel endroit de l'hôtel, dommage ! La chambre n'avait pas été faite, j'ai dû appeler 2 fois (à 16h et à 20h), c'est dommage parce qu'elle a finalement été bien faite mais tardivement.

Everything was top class. All the people that work at the hotel were excellent. Especially the front of house team. The lady that checked me in for the 2nd part of my stay was absolutely brilliant.

It was the second time that me and my family came back here (last year and this year). The hotel is perfect, food excellent (I am very fussy with food), everything clean and new. Staff excellent and helpful. They offer activities and car with driver if you need. We met the wonderful Anil and he we went around with him to see beautiful places and shops around the city. We cannot ask for more and we will surely come here back asap!!! Well done all!!!

Customer Service and In room dining. All items ordered were delicious. Staff took extra care for all requests made throughout the 4D3N stay. It was quiet, peaceful and room was clean and cosy. Great location.

Location , the staffs outside of the hotel and the room cleaning service
The staffs in the reception were not friendly and their attitude was not good. I have booked a junior suite room but felt i was living in a hut where rain water was dripping. The fridge was leaking and the carpet is full of water. Despite of the complaint no one bothered to attend. Food was not good. In the bar i have ordered for sundal (chick peas) after a long time they have brought be peanuts. No proper response for that. It was very salty. They dont have a cigar cutter. Omg Trident hotel staffs and facilities were amazing. Needs some serious actions to sort out. Even in the breakfast, staffs were not friendly. Please teach them the words ‘THANK YOU & PLEASE’

Washroom was a disaster. Flush doesn’t work. Water gets blocked and makes the entire washroom wet.

for lounge services you should serve atleast Black lane whisky and Grey Goose vodka if you’re going to have happy hours.

The room had electricity going on and off multiple times, there was dirty water coming out of the tap.The room was filthy and i had to check 4 other rooms which was equally bad, and the staff was rude about the room not being clean and was trying to make it sound like its normal to be dirty because its an old hotel. If its dirty and unclean they should clean it..not try to convince us.
They even tried to pass on dirt and grease as scuff marks which wouldnt come out..and after insisting onc they made the staff clean again, it became much better. The least the manager could be better at speaking with customers when they have a complaint.

1. No ashtray in a smoking room allocated.
2. Would have preferred a bigger shower area than a tub. How many on business travel have the leisure to use a tub. Bathroom is big but shower area is very small.

I liked the staff and in room dinning . both are quick and food was good. The toiletry are also kept in every desired place, so that we donot have to look for it in specific places. Good experiene for business class people
The lounge does not have many comfortable chairs. People have to sit in uncomfortable positions. That need to be looked into .

the room 825 they gave me was stinking and some marks or stains was splashed on the curtains and the room was stinking after i upgrade the room by paying they gave me this room and when I lost my temper they gave me 930 which was good and new room and it’s the same price , this is not done and I should have taken pictures

the property was appealing for the most part
the food was very mediocre. the staff are not very competent. maybe a few were
the last day was very bad… hot water was out in the entire building and none of the guests were notified until evening when i called them to enquire. in a 5-star when you have an unforeseen emergency that compromises their quality its only fair for them to compensate with discounted room rate fir that room. initially they refused to reduce the room rate but after i did not accept their compensation is when they came back and reduced 20% on the room rate which i am yet to see it reflect on the bill.
also electricity went out and took 10 min ti come back and no help was sent even after i requested

The rooms were big, clean and most importantly, the service was really good. Breakfast was included in my booking and it was just great. The staffs, housekeeping and everyone was so welcoming
