The 2 staffs girls at the reception are very helpful and nice.

No indication about the ☝️ level at the guest sitting area I felt the hotel doesn’t have an emergency kit !

Breakfast was good. Location is convenient to move around the city and to the beach is not far just 5 mins walk.The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is worth to choose this hotel for my holiday. 👍❤️

The carpet is old and not clean. I think house keeping didn't vacuum the carpet I saw a lot of hair on the carpet. 😞

Receptions are very good, nice friendly.

Some people put their used chopstick inside food container for buffet breakfast, may be you can get virus form them, Some one smoke inside at the hotel, I complain to leader so many times, but they can not stop them. The hotel should have rule for them

very good breakfast buffet..changing variety for some dishes..staff very helpful!. large selection. front of house reception staff very helpful. ms.huynh thi minh phuong particularly helpful, accommodating.! outstanding personality for her position! location a bit calm, away a little for night life noise which was nice..good sea view room, 915.. walk to central local market..walk easy to beach. many taxi, grab services available.! but good eating places near by, just a short walk: :: hai san nha toi- fresh oysters, fish!-- lac cahn very good BBQ beef, pork at table.. hotel very good value, service, accommodation. do again!

Amazing hotell with wonderful staff. The staff was kind and very helpful in helping us in any questions. Especially liked the pool and pool area. Breakfast was great and tasty. Don't want to leave.

From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. Clean, silence, friendly, cosy. They know what they do. Pool is amazing. Places to lay on the beach with extra towel service. Drinks were awesome and nice mixed. We come definitely again und you need to stay there if you want super Service.

Missing private beach!!

Receptionist and staffs are nice. The room is clean and comfortable enough. Booked when discounted so the price was pretty good. Location is very near to the beach and there're many restaurants and coffee shops around.
