It is a hostel, so all things considered, it was absolutely fine.

A well presented property in excellent repair and cosmetic condition. it’s well located with lovely gardens, superb dining and self catering facilities and the young staff were excellent in all respects. bathroom was huge and shower worked well. The parking is good (we had our caravan with us and timed it just right to tuck it away in the corner of the car park).. The garden is nice with ample room for the kids to run about whilst we took in a barista coffee from reception.

The individual lights and power sockets didn’t work next to each bed. Also the beds need to be pulled out and dusted behind. it’s not a heavy job as the beds move easily (we were looking for sockets that might work!) but a deep clean once a month is in order!

renting towels. constant noise. like a boiler? doesn’t turn off. all night it was going. being 6’3 on a bunk bed is always going to be difficult, couldn’t stretch out without feet hitting the bars.
