Friendly staff and good location for being close to the airport which was our aim.

Bathroom was in bad state but reasonably clean. The aircon struggled to keep the room cool and the bed needs more comfortable pillows and more of them. Bathroom is definitely the biggest negative.

Great for a budget resort experience, staff was fantastic and room was clean and in good repair.

I liked location, it was near by the beach, so good for morning jogging. Also breakfast was good. Clean comfortable room with beautiful view.

No hot water. No safe. Lock on the door was very weak.

hotel needs complete renovations and renovations, not value for money.

This is seriously nice older style hotel with over 1,000 rooms but is so well laid out it feels much smaller. Gardens are immaculate and are very clean and tidy, like the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is a short and direct walk to the beach and is one of the main reasons I stay there; to go swimming in the ocean. There was nothing I didn't like. I had a new and expensive looking king bed, so that made for a good night's sleep!

it’s cheap but still has a resort vibe. the resort is a little old but the hot water is hot, the bedding is clean, aircon is cool and the pool is clean. location is great and heaps of restaurant options near by. staff are very friendly too. great for a cheap stay or overnight before are after a flight as it’s only 10 minutes to the airport.

Restaurant closes very early. wifi is not good

Location is very convenient for my needs. Cleaning is good if you do not stay in the room first half of the day. Otherwise they don't clean. Food is really good in the restaurant (by menu). Aircon is very powerful in the rooms. Water pressure is very good as well, even on the 3rd floor. Decent breakfast for its price (almost doesn't change though).

Terrible WiFi. Can only use in the morning (speed up to 10mb/sec. In the evenings Internet never works - even messengers do not send text. No electricity plugs near the beds (except for the executive rooms maybe). Very noisy music in the restaurant every Friday evening. It maybe a good idea to make such parties sometimes for these who like it but it really annoys those who don't like very loud singing. Some may find that furniture is outdated and old but it still works well and the price per night is low so no reason to complain about it. But regarding WiFi it's easy to fix - just to widen the channel by paying some more to the provider.

extremely basic room facilities even for the price, bathroom drains smelt awful which caused the room to smell. awful mattress. poor selection and quality at breakfast. hotel itself was messy and very rundown.

The staffs were so nice and helpful. Hotel's view was a good point too. We book island tour at the hotel, it's convenience and worth paying. So many CVS around, shopping mall with many small restaurant with delicious foods...

Bath room needs to be cleaner and should have some amenities...

It’s a bit old and outdated interior.

I have stayed several times.. The staff know me. I like the garden and the proximity to a shopping mall.

The room was dirty. The lamp shades are stained and need replacing. The mattress had wires that dug into my back and when I flipped the mattress it was torn and stained. In a word the mattress was filthy and should be dumped. I didn't visit the restaurant this trip. Usually I pay for breakfast included but on this occasion the hotel had increased prices and the previous trip the breakfast selection was poor. I decided to eat out of the hotel instead. The hotel requires a total renovation.. It has seen better days and it is clear that sufficient renovating of rooms has not been occurring. The shower was over a bath tub. The portable shower nozzle was clogged with calcium deposits and the shower spray actually hurt the skin.
