location was fantastic

lack of staff and therefore the service not as good as it should of been. In my opinion the lack of good quality materials that were used when building the rooms meant we could hear every movement and sounds from rooms either side of us.

poor services: not enough staff, endless queues for ordering at bar, dinner orders and even breakfast orders, no self service. Dirty dishes left on tables all evening,

the setting was stunning the hotel makes full use of the views the restaurant, outdoor facilities and pool were excellent

you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the bedrooms. the room a little lacking in the niceties no water no fridge no coffee (but we did get some)

The view and wedding venue was outstanding.

Thought room was a little over priced. The picture of the bathroom you use on your app doesn’t meet the standard of bathroom we had.

Location great to explore the area. Very helpful staff at reception. Food was great. Bed was comfy. Pool and spa area was a great end to the day

No drinking water in room. Bath was a cheap type. It would flex as you stood on it. The wait time for breakfast was too long. 35 minutes once seated to be asked if we wanted tea or coffee. ( was on 1st day only ) tv reception was terrible. No smart TV. No drinking water at spa area. After a steam it good to drink water but you have to come back up to bar.

The staff were all very friendly. The pool was excellent. Nice room but no sea view. The breakfast menu varied slightly every day which made it interesting.

I thought the menu at the Cove restraurant was dissappointing being largely burgers, pizza or pasta.

great location with wonderful views

only drawback due to its location the walk to the wedding venue was quite hilly so the elderly had trouble but the staff had a golf buggy and gave people a lift who were struggling

the view was amazing the bed comfortable the towels soft the swimming pool nice and warm

the bathroom was not very clean the bathroom towel rail was broken the window were broken the window seal was broken the curtains were not put up properly the furniture was old and needed a good clean the duvet for the child bed had no cover there was no pillow cases and sadly the food was terrible and some of it so bad we couldn’t even eat it !!

Friendly staff, good choice for breakfast and great views

Floor in sauna/changing rooms areas needed cleaning not cleaned during our stay, did not look like it had been cleaned for sometime.

The view from te bar restaurant was stunning. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful - i had fallen 2 days before and fractured ribs. I needed extra duvet and blankets as had to sleep upright in chair. Very helpful and offered help with luggage before being asked.

I could have been better, not the hotel's fault!
