Bedroom was really nice, very comfy

.Asked for salmon and eggs for breakfast, was given a salmon steak not smoked salmon. Definitely not how it should be

I liked the decor in the lobby and I like how despite coming late we had a place to stay

I was worried about coming to the property late and I lost my way once but there wasn’t anyone on the phone that I could talk to after 7pm

Rooms have good size and clean

It's just a shame, no hotels freshen up your room anymore after Covid..More low paid workers out of work and just those little nice pieces of service now gone never to return l.

We stayed as a stop over for 1 night, so we wasn’t travelling so far at once. Beautiful views, room was ok and clean but very dated and bathroom had a damp smell

The restaurant evening meal was lovely, and also the breakfast. Also loved the park for the baby

There could be Bigger TVs but not really an issue

Breakfast is excellent great choices only on e thing the room where breakfast is eaten gets very warm with the sun could have done with some blinds at the window we really like this hotelwe know and like the location not really much to complain about

Ideally located for the purpose of the visit.

Our only complaint is that due to staffing the bar closed at 10.00pm and we were with family from further afield and would have liked to socialise a bit longer.

The staff were all really nice & helpful. The hotel was very clean.

The room we had, the bath water wasn’t very hot.

It was very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful clean surroundings with lovely staff lovely scenery

Full English breakfast was quite nice Scambled eggs ,bacon,sausage,tomato,mushrooms all hot Staff very pleasant !

Baked beans nearly cold Fetching and carrying toast ,no butter out ,had to ask ,having to collect coffee ,one small cup at a time Milk had to be collected for milk and coffee ,had to ask for a jug for milk A couple asking for an outside glass door to be opened ,so they could have a cigarette It was icy cold outside

The hotel was set in a rural location, and was very cosy and relaxing. The dog friendly aspect was the reason we booked and we couldn't have been happier with the level of service for our puppy and everyone was so welcoming.

Excellent full English breakfast. Good room, very clean, and evening entertainment at New Year was superb.
