Excellent location with just a short walk to the town centre, attractions and railway station. The B&B was very clean, the rooms wll proportioned, the breakfast was very good (no grease on the plates) and the hosts were very friendly.

Absolutely excellent. Everything you could need. Room was fully equipped with drinks, snacks and toiletries - nothing had been overlooked. The hosts, Leigh and Cleo made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast choice was fabulous and the food perfectly cooked and presented - absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay again and would most highly recommend.

The hosts very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was not only comfortable but also well appointed and clean.

The breakfast was fabulous great choice and cooked to your personal preference Leigh and Cleo were very friendly a couldnt do enough for you. Wine was available in your room at a resonable price but given free chocolate biscuits and bottled water as well as tea and coffee in you room also a small bottle of milk in your fridge.

Lovely B&B stayed there for 3 nights amazing hosts Chleo & Leigh couldn't do enough for you. The room was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean with everything you needed from toiletries and a mini bar fridge with wine also teas, coffees, hot chocolate biscuits, chocolate and fresh milk in the fridge amazing value for the price of your stay. Chleo was so lovely she even borrowed me a beach mat for the day and always asked if I needed anything. The breakfast menu has so much choice from full English to Eggs benedict, smoked salmon, Porridge with whisky syrup
and my favourite fresh pancakes with bananas, blueberries and ice cream. Absolutely loved my stay and will be staying again soon with my little grandaughter FABULOUS PLACE!!!

The breakfasts were superb. Lots of choice, cereal, toast and tea provided in addition to a cooked breakfast, if desired. The pancakes were a work of art, the more simple bacon buttie was a perfect start to the day.
Some people may prefer a more central location, but I enjoyed being in a quieter setting, still only a few minutes walk from all the attractions.

Excellent location. Hosts cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is splendid, best poached eggs ❤️. Would definitely recommend this guest house. This is our second visit.
