The view is stunning and staff was fantastic! It is also right by a bus stop and there is a parking lot.

The wifi is really poor which makes it difficult to book anything, use apps, and so on. I stayed at the property in late September. It got cold at night, but we could not use the heater in the room. We asked the staff and it is not available until later in the fall.

Amazing location. Parking is plus I like the balcony but it was partial sea view.

Small room. Cold as heating was not on. Photos are not exactly like actual. In photos room look bigger with enough space. furniture is old.

The wait staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job. We especially enjoyed the girls that waited on us during breakfast, they were wonderful.

The rooms were not as advertised....not even close! We originally booked an apartment because the Booking profile said that there would be a shuttle service available upon request to and from the apartment to the main building. This was NOT TRUE! The distance is approximately a 7 minute walk on a narrow roadway. We were told we would have to walk to and from the main building for everything needed, even in the pitch black of night! We were told to use the flashlight on our phones to help navigate the walk! Unbelievable!!!!! Also, the pictures in the Booking ad showed updated amenities. The apartment, and subsequently the room we ended up "trading" for because we did not want to walk to and from the apartment, were not updated. The rooms were old, dingy and dirty. There was mold everywhere in and around the shower, which by the way, had enough water pressure to "peel your skin off"!!!!! The only reason we stayed was there was Nothing else available!!!!! I'm not sure of whom to blame, Booking or Silvio, but this was a terrible way to end our vacation.

The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. This was our 4th stay and it was as delightful as always. The location is great, just a walk through I Giardini di Villa Melzi into Bellagio. Wonderful!!!

We stayed at one of the apartments and the view was incredible! We had lots of space which was really nice!

Amazing location, the highlight was the beautiful, cozy balcony with water views. The staff were so kind and friendly. I only stayed one night as it was a last-minute booking to extend my stay in Como for a night, couldn't have been happier with the hotel. The concierge staff member was incredibly attentive in giving me guidance for hikes around Bellagio, her recommendation to go to Hotel il Perlo panorama for a drink was so helpful - had a coffee and an orange juice with amazing views of Lake Como. Another staff member from the restaurant member passed a glass of wine up to me on my balcony in the evening and it was an all-time highlight of my holiday in Italy. Thank you, hotel Silvio!

false advertising there is no pool at the hotel as depicted in photos and the lido is a long walk down a busy road shower door fell on me showers is very small no fridge in room rooms very small and badly laid out we left after 2 nights as no transport available to early ferry from this location

Poor location in a residential area, absolutely no view on the lake, tho we had "the room with the best view" A swimming pool is shown in the pictures of the hotel, don’t count on it: it’s a private one for one apartment. Really a rip off, not happy with this stay

There was hair in the bathroom, not clean at all. A swimming pool appears in the pictures of the hotel, it’s only for one private apartment. Rooms are in the middle of nowhere in a residential area, really not agreable.

Fantastic location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Family room upstairs in July was very hot even with air con. Perfect location to explore Bellagio and nearby beaches. Great restaurant and lots of space for kids to explore.

The location was great, a short walk to explore Bellagio. The staff was friendly and helped us find a spot when the parking was full. The room was large and clean.

the view from the balcony was amazing - u can see the lake. quite modern and comfortable. stuffs were nice and friendly. the restaurant food was very tasty

u have to walk uphill for around 15-18mins yo reach the property. this should have been mentioned in the site so the guests are aware in advance. some renovation needed as few things in the room was quite old

The hotel is wonderful the problem was we had to stay 500 m away in a villa, which was not the same. breakfast was nice, the view was grandios ☺️ and worth all the money. same for the service and the staff which were unbelievable nice & Professional. 🙏 We appreciated the food in the restaurant, the view from it and the professional personnel. they made it feel really welcome, like at home (thank you esp to Marta & Jacob).

The cleaning was not as expected. As we arrived there were dust rolls near the bed. Also the soap was missing as well as the shampoo in the bathroom. One day the cleaning lady forgot to close the door but nothing was missing. The next house had dogs barking loud early morning that always woke us up. The bed was also not very comfortable… The parking was steep and improper for our bike…

We stayed at the La Colombina apartments that are 600m walk from Hotel Silvio. The location was really convenient for us to hire bikes and to get to restaurants and the town of Bellagio walking. The apartment was spacious and had fantastic views of the lake. The team at Hotel Silvio were really helpful from the messages before we arrived and whilst we were there. They organised breakfast for us despite the restaurant just reopening and made our experience amazing!

The location was super convenient as the hotel is very close to Villa Melzi and 15 minutes away from Bellagio city center. Therefore we could park the car at the hotel and get around walking. The view from the room was amazing with a breathtaking sight of the Como lake. The room overall was cozy, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was polite. They loved our dog.

The walls of the room were dirty with some stains (probably left by previous customers, although never cleaned). The bathroom was too tiny and there was no room for using the bidet properly. I was expecting a bit more quality for the price we paid.
