Quiet neighbor while close to the city Centre. Clean and spacious.

Staff were amazing especially Fabian who waited for us late at night after our flight was delayed. We were made to feel welcome and could ask for any help we required. Everything was clean and lovely. Tesco Express is just around the corner. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Would have liked air conditioner

Staff is amazing, accommodation standard is really great. Separate bedroom, separate kitchen with living room. Proper furniture coverage: hangers where you need it, drawers, etc. Dedicated dinning accessories for kids <3. Convenient, comfortable, would come back :).

Kitchen equipment was almost 10/10: non-stick pan is no longer non-stick ;) and I would add some bigger bowls, eating cereals was a challenge :).

An apartment was ideal for us as a family especially with slightly older children meaning they could have a little more space. It was clean, quiet and mostly comfortable besides the pillows so if you’re someone who prefers a softer pillow to sleep on, maybe bring your own! It is a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and local shops such as Tesco for snacks/ food if you don’t want to eat out!

I did find it a little strange as I do believe the apartment block is also shared with those who actually live there. They were quiet and no issues arose during our stay, I just found this unusual. It was clean however the general maintenance of the property overall in my opinion is quite poor.

Comfortable beds; convenient location; good supply of kitchen utensils. Overall clean and tidy but could use a bit of freshening up.

It was difficult to not get water from the shower on the floor - maybe needs a different/larger type of screen.

The apartment parking lot requires a password to enter, which is very safe. The front desk is on the first floor opposite the apartment and is open 24 hours a day. Everything you should have in the apartment is there.

It took a while to find the front desk of the apartment, and it took a while to find the entrance to the parking lot. It was actually opposite the front desk room, but the staff did not tell me that a password was needed to enter the parking lot, so I got out of the car and asked, which took another time.

Reception staff were friendly and even booked a cab for us after the stay ended. The apartment was clean and comfy.

The communal areas (like the entrance hallway and the lift) could be cleaned a bit more frequently.

The location was good. Check-in and access were easy. The staff (Marius) tried his best to help

Designed by an accountant. Everything seemed to be done as cheaply as possible, especially the furniture. It would be very easy to do simple things like hooks or towel rails next to the shower in the bathroom. 2 bedside lamps rather than one. A couple of different sized saucepans, not just 1 large one. Soft close felt dots on the door surrounds to stop them slamming loudly. (We understand that the front door is a fire door but it can still be made to close securely without slamming. We were told the internal doors were also fire doors so couldn’t be wedged open - clearly not true and an excuse for the poor design.) The latch on our living room window was broken so it couldn’t be locked - a clear security risk. Marius tried but was unable to fix it, but surely it should have been spotted and reported by cleaners or maintenance as the damage wasn’t new.

The apartment was very spacious and can accommodate up to four people. It is located close to the city centre and the service was very good.

The washing machine/dryer wasn't working, but was replaced and staff offered to dry clothes in their dryer for us.

Great location. Easy to check in and out. Lovely spacious apartment with great facilities. Beds very comfortable. Have stayed with Staycity in other locations and have always been pleased. Will definitely stay again.

There were no curtains in the living area. The windows were huge and it would have given a little more privacy in the evenings but we weren't there much so wasn't a huge problem.

Very hot until we could open up the windows

Location was great. We stopped one night for Bruce Springsteen at Murrayfield. Buses right outside on main road took us to Princes St and to Murrayfield. We walked back after concert and it took about 30 mins. You could get a bus or a tram but obviously there were massive queues. I'm not a very good walker and I managed it OK. The apartment had all the facilities you needed including tea and coffee, a full functioning kitchen, nice bathroom with liquid soap which smelt lovely. Hairdryer and towels supplied. Separate bedroom and bed settee in living room/kitchen which was comfy to sleep on. We also were surprised with a large surrounding verandah, but unfortunately didn't have the time to use it, but if staying longer would def be a plus on a nice sunny night. Talking about being hot they also supplied a standing fan. Only downside for some would be the busy main road, but I live on main road so didn't bother me at all and if patio doors closed it was pretty quiet. There are a couple of blocks to stay in so if it that would bother you I would mention when booking. Haymarket Station is about 10 mins away and there is a small Tesco on Fountainbridge which was about 5 mins which is handy for getting food and drink for apartment I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Nothing i didnt like but just to point out that all the doors are fire doors so quite heavy to open and will close on own loudly. Not a big deal for most but some may find them too heavy.
