Bed was comfy and the location was terrific. Handy having a fully equipped kitchen.

Wasn't a twin room as requested. It was two single beds touching in the middle, so essentially a king. Tried to get serviced, but informed servicing was unavailable due to staff shortages. Building was exceptionally hot so we needed the windows open the entire time which made the apartment loud at night. Staff were rude, particularly the weekday staff (two middle aged ladies, one with a thick accent). There was a Covid outbreak while we were there. We only found out because we inquired as to why the staff and some guests were wearing masks. When we asked, the lady didn't initially want to answer us, then disappeared into the office. We thought she was going to give us a written note about their covid action plan or some masks to wear, but when she returned she ignored us and addressed another guest who was also in the foyer. It was extremely bizarre! The location was practical due to proximity to tourist attractions, however, with that came lots of drunks returning after a big night at the royal mile pubs. This meant we didn't sleep well for most of our stay. Would recommend if you sleep well and want to be close to the royal mile, but not if you want a decent sleep.

Er waren wat slordige gebreken aan het sanitair in de badkamer. Loszittende en dus schuivende wc-bril en verroeste aansluiting doucheslang, waardoor die de eerste ochtend afbrak en pas eind van de middag werd hersteld. Bovendien was de aansluiting voor de douchekop lam, waardoor de douchekop steeds naar beneden zakte en krom hing. Dat hebben we zelf provisorisch opgelost door een plastic zak tussen de douchestang en douchekop te wurmen. Maar ideaal was dat niet. Dit soort belangrijke details zouden eerder moeten worden opgemerkt door het personeel en moeten worden verholpen. Zeker gezien de prijs die je betaalt voor dit hotel. Verder was onze kamer/appartement keurig in orde en netjes . Het ‘continental breakfast’ dat wordt aangeboden is karig en eenzijdig.

Está muy bien aprovechado el espacio para la cocina y bien equipado. El hecho de que el baño esté separado de la habitación le da un plus.

Muy difícil de operar la placa/estufa. No hay instrucciones. Hubo que pedir en recepción su ayuda.

- La propreté était douteuse (poussière sous les lits et sur le cadre de lit) - Les matelas étaient très usés - Il y a avait une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et quelques moisissures dans la baignoire
