The bed was comfy. The air conditioner was good.

The shower was awful. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. The shower had terrible water pressure. The room had no forks for some f***ing reason. The location of the hotel itself was bad. The room was in overall poor condition. Dingy lighting, poorly painted room, not that clean, the television was awful, only had access to regular tv channels, I haven’t watched regular television since 2014, it didn’t even have foxtel, overpriced, not worth it.

The room had everything we needed, the bathroom was a bit bigger than most motels. A comfortable place to stay.

The parking is tight & fills up when people come back to their rooms.

The room was very beautiful, neat and fancy. Quality bed.

The jets inside the bathtub were dirty, as was the bath plug surroundings. Didn't like the noises from cars and trucks from street view room during the night. Hot breakfast should be included, not only continental. Water bottles in rooms should be free.

Booked for Cooworker and the floor was very stained and dirty looking. Room was not as pictured and different to coworker's room which was the same type and cost.

Hotel room was a bit more dated than I had was shown in the photos but everything inside was fine. Comfortable bed with extra bedding. Mini bar was well stocked. We stayed during winter and it was nice and warm inside with the heater going. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Parking was good with the car right outside the room and an especially good price point. Staff was also nice and friendly and very helpful.

Comfy beds, nice hot showers and friendly staff. After a long drive it was great to have the option to order room service- or dine in at the restaurant/bar.

Easy check in. Friendly Staff. Great restaurant on site. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Close to Shopping centre. Very Clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of Parking. Pool area was great. TV and wi-fi in rooms.

The only suggestion I have would be a door on the shower. The fixed panel is not sufficient to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. Not only inconvenient, but also a Slip/Fall risk.

a lot. small room, bed too big for room. lounge facing wrong way jammed against bed no Ron for feet to spread out. could not see tV properly. no Foxtel, same all hotels. cost of extras and dinner. dirty floor - old and in need of updating.

The restaurant was excellent.

bed was super comfy, everything was very clean. Overall we were happy with our stay.

parking was way too tight in the area we were. only one bathrobe was supplied which I’m sure the staff would have fixed if we asked them but we didn’t want contact with anyone.

Excellent breakfast included and friendly staff at restaurant and check in.
