Room was full of dead crickets, had cockroaches and spiders, in the week I was there the room was not vacuumed despite asking cleaning staff to do this twice, management/owners were never on site to answer queries.

Great location and value for money. Its hard to find accommodation for a family of 5 but our room was spacious and comfortable. Great kitchenette too.

We have stayed at this motel on a previous occasion. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even though this motel is on a main road, it is very quiet. It is within walking distance from the centre of town. The manager was friendly and cheerful.

Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family stopover. Quiet unit at the back of the complex and close to sporting fields, shops, cafes etc

The room was really spacious, bigger than I thought it would be. I also liked the shampoo, shower gel, an hand wash gel installed free for us to use. Apart from that, the tv which was really convenient that we can connect Netflix to it. Thank you and well done!
I wish the bathroom door can be opened easier. I had a weak hands and grips so it’s hard for me to open it. Also, I wish we can adjust the tv so we can see better even if we lay in the bed watching it.
