Great location nice room

Fabulous location and very comfortable

clean, comfortable bed, good location, good shower

there were no cups or cutlery so was difficult to eat things we had bought to put in the fridge but this was a minor inconvenience

Beds were large and comfortable. Lots of towels provided. Rooms were clean. Coffee and tea provided. Good air conditioning. Good location just over 10 minutes walk from the train station. Our room was above a relatively noisy bar/restaurant but we were so tired after a day hiking in Cinque Terre, we didn’t notice the noise.

We had some food in our room and when we came back from a day of hiking, we saw the cleaners had taken it away without asking. On our second day, we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door and found the cleaners had been into our room anyway which felt like an invasion of privacy.

Location was close to restaurants. Room clean and bathroom a good size. La Spezia a great base to explore Cinque terra.

No lift . Only stairs . So difficult with baby stroller

It was very clean and cozy room, just like on photos. The hotel is in the city center with perfect access to the market, shopping boutiques, cafes, restaurants, train station and all other needed facilities. Marco was a perfect host, very pleasant, and he gave us very useful information about the city, and regarding visits to 5 Terre. I recommend it for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
