Excellent location.

The property was not as clean as one would like. Specifically and in no particular order: 1. cobwebs: both outside and in 2. sliding door runners were filthy 3. extractor fans - very dirty 4. kitchen tap - nothing that a bit of elbow grease and toothbrush couldn't fix 5. Parking for 1 vehicle only

Very comfortable house (and beds) with lovely water views from the deck. Walking distance to town and a great spot to stay in Albany.

The house is lovely but a little bit run down. The oven didn't work and stove top burners need to be lit with matches as the ignition no longer works. The door to the deck sticks quite badly and needs looking at. Only mentioning these things so that the maintenance can be done.

The house was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Location was great. Loved the off street parking and the view. Really liked the information booklet as our previous air bnb had none. My kids were too old but loved all the toys & books under the stairs for kids

The location was good.

I did not use the garage as it was difficult to get in.

The view was great. The property was a good size for 4 people. Had everything we needed. Close to the city centre and waterfront

We couldn't find any coasters or placemats for the table which was a pity as its a nice wooden table. One of the remotes for dvd player had flat batteries but we made do We couldn't get the wifi to work.

Great location, comfortable accommodation with views over Albany and the ocean. Garage was handy for easy loading and unloading the car.

My wife had trouble sleeping in the upstairs bedroom from the street light. Blockout blinds/curtains in the upstairs bedroom are needed.

The views and the location was wonderful! Also very spacious and clean.

The view! And the location is nice and close to town. Property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Location was excellent, quiet & within easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. Lovely views of town & harbour. Spacious accommodation.

Decore was "tired". Windows were dirty as was the deck which we had to sweep & clean before use. Cups had to be washed before use, dishwasher didn't do a good job.

Bed was very comfortable. Thank you.
