Don't supply enough soaps, shaving set, tooth brush and paste. Yelloish bedsheets. Not upto the standards we expect from Radisson blue.

the the spread of food was huge and also the food was delicious and fresh. The room was very good and even the service.

Wifi password was not shared

the front desk people were very rude were never responded properly when we r out when daughter wasn't well It was their priority to check when we r checking out the wholeteam was disturbing us so much we didn't know whether to concentrate on our daughter or them Glasses in which juices were served wasn't clean at all in buffet breakfast Coffee they served cold tasted very badly when asked they added hotwater from coffee machine and provided the same to us Cleaning team din keep bath mats whichever team we contacted over phone for early morning 4 am emergency to get some lemon juice they din respond properly gave different numbers to call and ask despite helping Manager din respond to our complaints positively very bad response and communication

Location was great as we could reach anywhere within couple of minutes. The staff at restaurant was very approachable, however, it was more staff than guests.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the bathroom. Visible corrosion of hinges and drainage wasn't very clean. The wash basing surrounding wasn't very clean. Some electric connections looks like temporary fixes near the washbasin. The staff at reception was not well trained on the information booklet placed in the rooms. We inquired about the location of neighbourhood jogging area directions (which was mentioned on information book in the room), however, the front office staff wasn't aware of this. And that wasn't the only time they couldn't answer some of our questions. There were three treadmills in the gym but only one works. all machines are outdated or not serviced for a long time. Some buttons even missing from machines, it was worst than 1 star guest house.

It was in a good location. Very close to a metro station. And reasonable distance from Malls and Hospitals.

We had to constabtly remind waiters to bring water. And when they setup a table, they always forget to place drinking glasses.

The property itself looks nice, the quality of furniture and general furnishings is high. My room was spacious, the bathroom was well appointed, as expected from Radisson Blu. Nice pool on the rooftop, albeit a bit small.

The furniture does look dated, and probably the hotel would benefit from a renovation. There was a stale smell in the room which only intense Breakfast was not at 5* quality, the coffee was just plain bad. I had booked an airport transfer which was confirmed, but never materialized, so I booked a taxi on the spot (probably the recommended way to go, get a prepaid taxi at the airport, should take about 50 mins).

We had dinner This we paid in the Dinning Hall after waiting for 20 minutes as there was staff shortage However during check out we were asked to pay the amount again This we refused Then after check out we received a call from the reception that we had bill due for lunch However we had checked in only after 8 pm so we failed to understand this After which they told us we had checked out late when we had left the hotel by 10.30 am I fail to understand why a hotel of such repute could do all this
