Spacious 2 bedroom unit with full bath and kitchen. Friendly motel cats (we've been missing our own cat, while travelling). Great location with lots of eateries on the same street, and a short and charming stroll through the Botanic Gardens into the city centre.

Friendly staff/owners. Flexible as arrived early. Mentioned local shopping mall and directions - I didn't know my way around city. Quiet, warm CLEAN. Parking outside. Safe as was staying alone. This is not 5 star hotel but it is 5 star hosting. It is also excellent value so very close to main arterial route. Breakfast was yummy and tea and coffee faciliites perfect for quick cuppa. I left behind clothing and they rang me only 1.5 hours after I left - so just as I was boarding, prompt and honest to deal with. Thank you!

The spa wasn't chlorinated and we got sore eyes and sore throat ,dangerous

Shower pressure could be better. Other than that all goody.

Roger was very friendly and very accomodating. We are lucky to found this accomodation. We will comeback again. The room are very clean and very quiet .

Older motel but we'll looked after. Friendly and helpful staff. On a busy road but double glazed and very quiet.

The manger was very friendly and accommodating, Set up the spa for us so it was nice and hot. Took time to listen to our daughter and her stories. would go back for sure

Right on Riccarton road but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Very comfy bed too.
