The hotel is a Best Western Plus and has a good restaurant, a wonderful pool and spa and is very close to Republic Square. You can walk everywhere in Yerevan.

I just ask the technician to check the heating and conditioning system in the room as the rooms were very hot and we could not control the thermostat temperature. Several times, we have asked to remedy this problem. Unfortunately, we cannot open the windows to have some fresh air!

Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which greatly enhanced my comfort and overall stay. Location: The hotel’s location is highly advantageous, providing convenient access to major attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the city.

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. We were advised to open the window, but this led to significant noise from outside, making it difficult to sleep. English Communication: Only a few staff members were proficient in English, which occasionally made communication challenging. Dinner Options: Despite booking a package that included free dinner, the dining options were quite limited. We found ourselves repeatedly served the same menu throughout our stay, which was disappointing.

We did not feel comfortable while eating breakfast The staff was coming and going a lot and they took the full plate from us without our asking. Unfortunately, some items such as toothbrushes and razors were replaced only once.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and it was the morning breakfast experience that stood out the most. The staff, especially those tending to the breakfast tables, were incredibly warm and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure our little son felt welcomed, always arranging a high chair for him and even entertaining him. The breakfast spread itself was superb - diverse and delicious, it felt like starting each day with a celebration. It was a delightful way to kickstart our mornings, and we can't praise the staff and breakfast experience enough.
