Great location with fabulous view from my room. Upgraded to a suite. They also checked me in within my room. Great service and very friendly.

excessive paperwork when checking in, and a complete lack of environmental awareness. We were informed that the local government does not allow single use plastics for consumables like shavers, which would not be provided. in the room. Then a big stack of plastic wrapped single use plastic utensils was given to us on checkin, "from the hotel". This is really stone age thinking and does not suit a hotel of this class. Why is not more done to protect the environment? Why is the hotel not doing anything to AVOID single use plastics? This could be a selling point where now it really turns me and my family off from visiting again. I hope management staff can become more educated about these matters.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible.

This hotel is my favorite hotel and was recommended to other friends. They’re also like this hotel as well. The accommodation good and clean, nice staff good location.

everything is good but still have some room of improving especially the staffs who’s have to manage guests during breakfast time better be more professional to handle the situation once have no seat available should be provide another options such as suggested for set breakfast in room or well manage waiting list do not allow others guest jumped in the line. That's make me unhappy.
