Excellent staff. Excellent location if you like a nice laid back feel for a peaceful break near the lake. Great restaurants/bars nearby for a nice evening out

Ordinarily minor things but which do make a difference to the stay such as having steak on the menu but no steak knives; or having no creamer/milk in the room with the coffee and tea making facilities. Also the dinner buffet, while having a fantastic selection of items and being great value for money, was mostly cold other than the live stations.

there is a door between the toilet room and the room where the washbasins are. However, this door is transparent. So if someone is on the toilet and the other person wants to wash their hands etc. at the same time, there is no privacy screen. the breakfast room is much, much, much too small. Every day, we had to move to another room to have breakfast, it was regardless of the time. In that room, the air conditioning was running at full speed - it was incredibly cold. There was an extremely long queue for the coffee machine. In the main breakfast room, it was terribly noisy. The western breakfast selection was quite limited. None of the staff at check-in in the evening spoke English. This should not happen in an international hotel chain.

Breakfast was one of the best i had. So much choice. Fresh orange juice! Rooms are clean and spacious. Location close to the lake, nice for a stroll in the evening. Has some bars/restaurants.

Staff was a bit slow. Taxi drop off is not clear, so most taxi drop off or pick up is from the main road, not so comfortable.

The toilet has foul smell. TV international channels do not work properly, stopped suddenly constantly. Mattress has cigarettes smell.

Clean an comfortable. At a great location. Take the time to walk around the lake on a Sunday morning. It's the best exercises after a busy week.

The staff is very kind and attentive. But sometimes the young ones don't dare to say that they're English is not sufficient to cover the promise they make. It would be not a problem if they would say: sorry I do not understand your question. It is a little worse if they pretend to understand and not follow up.
