perfect location in Suzhou and the staff were extremely helpful - especially Sue at reservations and the two concierge guys good breakfast

buffet dinner was not consistently available and the food on the dinner menu wasn’t all that good

Breakfast was okay but if you leave cereals in open containers they get air and lose consistency.

I missed the breakfast but wow the staff in all locations, they were friendly and welcoming. Everything was done politely friendly and professionally. I will stay there again and be very happy to do so.

I traveled with my 2 yo son and stuff were very helpful during all our stay, especially during breakfast time, when we checked in and were leaving hotel, Mark helped us with DiDi, while I was installing car seat for my little one. I highly appreciate it! Room was clean, breakfast had western varieties. I like location, it is walkable distance to lake, shopping mall, restaurants and coffee shops around. Very close to metro station. I also appreciate that hotel provided us with a small robe for my child. We enjoyed our stay and came back for a weekend later.

The location is in the center of the SIP CBD area. Which makes it great if your visiting for business or a quick trip.

The food at the hotel was not the greatest which made paying for the executive lounge and room service not worth the value. Also, I would not recommend eating at this hotel if you are looking to have International cuisine.
