Nice and ready-to-help staff members.
Magically, during our stay, the hotel ran out of bathrobes spoiling the experience of enjoying the spa. The room had poor noise isolation: the neighbouring room occupants and us could hear each other too well due to the door connecting the rooms. During our stay, at night, there was a party in the park next to the hotel. The windows poorly suppressed the music.

Location is bit off the city centre, though a taxi ride takes around 8-9 minutes.

Rooftop “Bamboo” Bar loud bass music was breaking into the room since 8PM to 12.15AM and not allowing to sleep. Stuff was not able to do anything with that. Just could offer another room…

Possibility to eat outside the breakfast hall, in the yeard.
Breakfast needs lots of improvement - it is cold, variety is limited, the quality of bread is low, and it is not fresh; actually, it was difficult to find appropriate food. If not possible to have fried eggs or an omlet, there was nothing for the proper breakfast.

The crew was very friendly and the food was very nice. and beautiful spa zone.
Very noisy. There was a wedding celebration during our stay and the guests were partying till 3 am and it was a nightmare! We were staying with a little child and that noise was distracting her all night long. This is completely inappropriate in the hotel this level. Didn’t clean the room and didn’t take out the trash despite requests. Too much expensive breakfast.

Really big comfortable bed. You have a place to sit or work, not only to sleep in a room. Bathroom is really clean and comfortable to use too. Bathrobes were nice and soft, slippers too.
Some things need to be fixed up, some just need to be changed already. For example - bedside table is in too bad condition, it seems that someone tried to fix it with lots of screws that are stick out on the corners. Bathroom door doesn't close. And it's too hot in room that it's almost impossible to sleep. Floors in a pool are really slippery - it's dangerous! And the last thing - it's impossible to have a dinner in a hotel - restaurant on the last floor is too slow and too loud, and restaurant on the first floor is slow too (we've wait for menus for more than 5 minutes and left the restaurant)

The location a bit far and you always need a car. Some of the staff not very friendly or useful, not too much effort made to help with anything.
