Grand majestic hotel, oozing ambience. We loved it! Rooms are comfortable and shower is good. Personel is super friendly.

Needs renovation. Most of the room is quite old. Our friends did not have warm water for their shower.

Near braga street./down stairs have indomaret/once you arrive they give a welcome drink /

We didnt get a room with nice view / toilet does not have banyo like other 5 star hotel /just 1 room key for 2 people

Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional. Nice pool kept well. Great central location and short walk to Braga Street. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Did not like the rooms, they were very tired, sadly the hotel is in need of a serious refurbishment. We did get an upgrade to an executive room but had to pay for this as the original room was not as expected. However, the executive room had faulty light switches and an electrical socket that had at one time been on fire plus another socket that did not work. The bed linen was changed on two occasions with stained sheets and a door handle and cupboard handle came off in your hand when you tried to open the doors. The hotel is definitely not 5 star as advertised, more 3/4 star. I do visit Bandung often and know the standards of hotels, sadly we were to stay there later during out vacation but cancelled and stayed at another hotel.

I loved the size of the room and the cleanliness. The deocration wasn't nearly as cheesy as what showed up in the pictures. The food was amazing at the lobby restaurant (but very expensive compared to local prices. I had delivered by Grab at least once). The staff is incredibly nice and they have extra services like laundry (I payed less than 100$ CAD for 2 weeks worth of laundry).

I did not like the fact that the pool was so close to the dining room. In a country where modesty is prized, it makes it very hard to go bathe as a woman when the entire dining room are watching you, even if you're wearing a modest bathing suit. I would have preferred if there was at least a small separation between the two facilities.

We changed rooms and got an excellent view of both the pool and the city. The room was very nice but a little dated. The staff were absolutely lovely, a real credit to the hotel. The breakfasts were tasty with a lot of variety. The pool was lovely too.

On the booking website it said there were sockets near the beds but there were not. I use a cpap machine and rely on sockets being near the bed. the staff did however lend us extension cords which while not ideal did work. The bed was a little on the hard side but still ok to sleep. The rooms could use a little bit of maintenance to bring them up to scratch. my hubby slipped getting into the pool, he said it was the pool surround not the actual step, but he said he was ok.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff and amazing breakfasts. The pool is great

No sockets by the bed. This is dangerous medically for anyone with sleep apnoea as there is nowhere to plug in your machine. Staff loaned us extension cables but this solution introduces a trip hazard. Grouting round bathroom sink needs replacing has gone mouldy which cannot be cleaned. Just needs a bit of maintainance
