I chose the hotel because of the location. I also chose Executive Club room because I travelled with my Mom and sister and we didn't want separate rooms. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Lots of space also in the dress cabinet so we could store our stuff. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My Mom needed a wheelchair and it was lended to us during our stay in the hotel. Appreciated that very much. The sofa was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on!

There was bad smell coming from the shower room. We didn't ask for cleaning because we arrived at 7pm already. But given it was an executive room we expected it to be really spotless given the price. There were only 2 bottles of water and when I called at around 9pm to ask for an additional bottle, nobody answered my phone. A hotel is supposed to give a 24 hours service, I believe. I don't mind paying for it, just please attend to a guest's phone call. The breakfast was already not complete when we came down at 9am. Tables were also not cleaned up quickly enough. And you can do better with the coffee, I'm sure 😉 Also the amount of yogurt in the glass, you can add more I think 😉

The location is great. Near many cute cafes & restaurants. Breakfast was so so but they have many varieties of food.

The room layout was quiet weird because they didn't separate the bedroom and bathroom. We also couldn't watch TV because there was no signal in our TV room. The elevator couldn't be used the night before we checked out and we had to access the loading dock lift.

We booked extra bed well in advance, but unfortunately it was not available when we arrived. The staff was kind enough to upgraded our room to executive with two rooms.

Hot shower not hot enough

Hotel location is near to everywhere and the room is nice

1. The hotel charges for additional mineral water IDR 15,000/bottle. It is terrible services. We paid quite expensive for a room. 2. Parking space is disaster, not comfortable for us as guest.

Breakfast is good quality

Part of the power supply beside beds and TV - suite room (on the 2nd floor), is disconnected. And after inspection, the staff found the problem. It is a little distraction, but overall is fine.
