Gostaria de realizar uma reclamação e restauração de alguns prejuízos causados sobre a minha hospedagem reservada aqui pela Booking.com. Fiquei hospedada no Jesrusalem Hostel durante 20 dias. Minha reserva estava confirmada com 9 meses de antecedência com direito a café da manhã, toalhas, aquecedor e ar condicionado, papel higiênico,secador de cabelo. Ou seja, um mínimo que o Hostel deveria proporcionar. Nesses 20 dias ficamos sem café da manhã e gastamos além do valor da reserva em média 100 (ILS) por dia (manhã) por conta dessa desavença, além de precisarmos comprar remédios,meias, moletons, blusas de frio porque não ligaram nenhum dia o aquecedor do estabelecimento e estava fazendo em média 6°graus na Cidade de Jerusalém, também não existiu nenhum serviço de quarto, o qual estava bem sujo, com toalhas rasgadas, faltando papel higiênico e muito menos uma boa comunicação conosco que somos hóspedes brasileiros. O nosso gasto em providenciar café da manhã, roupas de frio, toalhas e até papel higiênico foi muito além por conta do Hotel não nos proporcionar os elementos básicos. O valor da hospedagem foi representativo e realizei a reserva com muita antecedência para termos o mínimo necessário e a acomodação deixou extremamente a desejar. Era um direito nosso ter o café da manhã, toalhas, papel higiênico, aquecedor e foi violado pela incompetência da acomodação! Assim, solicito alguma reparação da acomodação por esse enorme transtorno em nossa viagem.

Very good location. Take a room which is not on Jaffa Street because of the noise.

Small room for 4 persons, not a reading light besides the bed. Poor shower.

The hostel is located in the middle of Zion circle! Amazing location. We got a room with balcony (#6 - the same one Begin had in 1948). The rooftop is great! Staff are nice. Feels safe. Clean.

Terrible mattress, low shower pressure, basic breakfast

Price and location compensate for the feeling about the room which is not that pretty. Breakfasts are given with slight delay. At 8:30 often lot of people were waiting but nothing was ready yet. When traveling with kids the bunk bed was scary for them, as it is really high.

Renovation of all objects would be nice, but I bet that it would become much more expensive. At least on the roof the chairs and tables could be replaced. Once chair almost collapsed for me.

Lovely boutique hotel/ hostel. We had our private room with balcony at the street side. So we could sit in the sun and have our view on the square. Good breakfast, lovely staff (gave us good advice).

The very small bathroom and the smell from the toilet, but it was okay and doable.

Good breakfast in great place - roof tarace! Absolutey great location!
