The caretaker Mr. Sandeep welcomed me with a smile and made the check-in process easy and paperless. The location is close to Prakash Nagar metro station. Shops and restaurants are in the closest proximity. The bed provided was spongy, I like it. The mobile charging point is provided to all the beds, tiny safety locker, attached washroom and friendly environment made my stay safe and special. The place has an in-house restaurant.

The washroom needs to be cleaned every hour, you know what I mean. It is not that they don't clean, I am saying the frequency must be increased. Otherwise, they are the best in customer service!

Location is great, the room was fairly clean too. The AC worked fine which was very important to stay & sleep well in the high heat (40+ degrees) on the day. Toilet/bathroom was clean & hygienic.

The mattress was totally out of shape & quite unconformable. The kitchen wasn't clean & appeared unhygienic & therefore, I opted myself out of using it. Staff wasn't respectful of the check-in time I'd asked for despite them calling me upon reservation & confirming to me that the property will be ready by 5.30 PM as per my request. When I reached at 5.50, they sent the cleaners to prepare the room. I'm not sure if the room was swept due to the rushed preparation. Unable to open the window cuz it opens into the balcony & cigarette smoke flowed into the room. Therefore, I had no option but to keep windows closed & not get any fresh air.

This place is okay. The rooms are a good size and the internet is good. It's pretty close to a subway station which makes it relatively easy to move around.

It's in the neighborhood far away from the major attractions. The staff wasn't particularly hospital.
