Clean luxurious rooms absolute value for money

need to improve more. you need to explain each and every thing that included in our package . we didn't get any information about extra charge of food items in that room .. while check outing time extra payment for the used things in that room .. what is this. this method is a proper way. realy bad

Breakfast was good. The location is not that great. It is a bit far off from the city. It is closer to the airport though.

The worst part was that the check-in staff would give only one key, stating that it was due to a security requirement. That is a first for me, all over the world. They need to stop this lame excuse and improve on this. Employees need to be trained a lot more. They are not professional in hospitality services, particularly those at the check-in / reception. Restaurant staff were very good and polite and courteous.

The staff… they are indeed exceptional and always ready to go that extra mile to keep customers happy! I had a red eye flight and it was before they opened breakfast. And so they had breakfast packed and ready for the whole family by the time they got my drop off taxi ready. They even served coffee to the lobby at 6:00 AM. What more can you ask for?

Location only suitable if you are traveling by road and decide to break your journey here. The rooms are very basic. Better lights are needed. Tv and entertainment are very basic. Very limited channels available.

Nice Hotel to stay at Coimbatore near airport. I liked the breakfast very much.

I wonder why they didn't put a roof top restaurant or a coffee shop in open to experience the view of landing flights nearly 50 feet straight above.
