Rooms are basic. In-room amenities are basic, with poor quality of beverages, shampoos, and soaps. Food quality is very average but very costly. You are better off stepping out to eat. Swimming pool wasn’t operational due to “annual maintenance”, which the hotel staff disclosed _after_ I paid for my stay. The property advertises an EV charger, and we had called the hotel to confirm before arching whether the EV charger is functional. We were told it was. After reaching there, we found it isn’t set up yet. We were offered charging through a 16A socket in the basement. In the room, there were very poor quality coffee and basic tea bags. Soaps were Fiama, which TBH is rather cheap and harsh in quality. The washroom had poor drainage and started flooding with a short shower. Overall, avoid.

LOVED THE WARMTH OF THE STAFF AND THE SMOOTH CHECK IN PROCESS, I HAD REQUESTED FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN SINCE I WAS WITH MY TODDLER AND THEY HAPPILY ACCOMODATED THAT . THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, NOTHING LESS IS EXPECTED OUT OF ITC .THE CHINESE AND THE BUTTER CHICKEN WERE AMAZING.

JUST THAT THEY COULD DO BETTER ON THE SWIMMING POOL FRONT, THE WATER WAS OVER CHLORINATED AND GAVE A BURNING SENSATION IN THE EYES.

A good spread of food for breakfast. Definitely worth the value.

This was our second time at Welcome hotel. Everything was taken care of and the service was great. Staffmembers are really nice. Cabdriver Shiva was really nice and helpfull. Special thanks to Vivek🙏

Cleanliness. Room size.

Breakfast Selection was limited. No sausage or patties. Juices / milk shakes were kept in bottles. They gave welcome drink only to two of us. the family sitting nearby in the lobby are ignored. They put fruit basked in one of the rooms. When asked, they said it is by mistake, and fruit basket is only for VIPs. They told they will send one to my room, but didn't. They said my ICICI Credit card is "Declined" when tried to 'authorize' but the amount is charged. I had to give another card. Diners Club card is not accepted. Not expected from a high end facility.

The staffs from the gate to top are all very much cooperative, Services from the Dining and Kitchen staffs are very much pleasent and supportive some names which i remember Ms Dora, Ms Priya etc the entire team know there job very well. One can enjoy dinner with live music, we must appreciate the singer efforts.
