Right on the road and next to done great restaurants. The valet/guest attendent was very courteous and compensated for the lack of enough parking.

Not great parking and the room was missing few essentials like hand shower and hair dryer. Towels and dental kit should be kept before guest arrives.

It was quite. Breakfast was tasty. Well manered and courteous staff.

Peoperty need to have better parking facility. Room looks small. It doesn't look like a superior room.

Stayed for a night with my family in two rooms. Location is great if you have some work in the city and leave Coimbatore early in the morning by avoiding most of city traffic.

Sheets were unclean with some disgusting marks on it. Bedroom walls had fungus because of improper shower room maintenance. When we pointed both these two things the main staff there was in denial, which irritated us. Nevertheless they provided a different room. Rooms smelled horrible. Would suggest other good properties in the outskirts in Coimbatore within similar pricing and better hygiene.

Total experience during stay was very satisfied. Staff were very supportive. Great value for money. Location of the Hotel is in the heart of the city. I have nothing to complain. Well trained staffs. Even Housekeeping staff were very obedient.

It is not dislike and I have only suggestion - The Hotel is not having enough parking and outside the front areas. If the rooms and toilets are finished with marble it will create a great look and feel for the occupants.

I left behind an expensive trouser and when I reached my destination, realizing this I called the hotel. whilst Ashish in the front office tried to be as helpful as possible, it was clear the the HK team were a different set! I eventually lost a Rs 3000/- trouser

Breakfast is good and room is clean. AC was working fine. TV was working fine. check-out was easy.

Room check-in time. I was waiting for more than 45 mins to get the room after I paid. I have already given a message for early check-in but no response from hotel. When i reach hotel they made me more 45 mins to get into room.
