Great location and most off the rooms were full yet I could not here a thing, almost like I was the only room. Staff were amazing. Definitely stay again
List of towels for the hot tub and the lay out of the room was very cosy

Everything was amazing!!
Sometimes the lighting in the kitchen wouldn't work, it didn't stop me using the kitchen it was more annoying.
Is there a possibility for a main light switch to moved closer to the rooms rather than by the front door.
The bed was very hard and wasn't comfortable. I reverted to sleeping on top of the bed and I bought a warmer blanket from K Mart.

Roadworks meant a normslly easy walk to the supermarket, was difficult due to having to walk around the barriers.

Bentleys is by far the best accommodation in Palmerston North.
The only small thing and it's not the owners fault at Bentleys but carparks need to have numbers on them so each room can identify their park please.

At check in, the service from the lovely lady was great. She was very thoughtful about my mother & changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. So appreciated & we can't thank her enough.

Robes were not supplied as advertised... however I didn't ask about them.

Very old and outdated. the bed was very springy and worn and the unit smelt very musty.

Great value with a great private spa pool genuinely a rare find these days. Would recommend.
